This machine shreds the papers quickly and efficiently. The shredder will hold a large amount of papers and automatically shred them in no time at all. The dust created by dumping the shreds does create the need to dust the space more often. Auto shut off when machine gets jammed or hot.

Does not make much noise, I have made a test with closed add mail and was great, small folders with several page and worked fine. In 1 day several bags of mail was shredded. The media could not be loaded. Received today on 9/03/24, and so far, it's very good. Pretty quiet for a shredder, especially for a shredder of its capabilities! I did both manual shred, and auto shred. Video of its performance can be seen. I shredded probably 30 or so sheets in the auto feed, and it did the job just fine, no jams or hiccups. It also has a decent sized basket. I would recommend this shredder. I don't shred very often, but I will revisit this review at a later time to give any pertinent updates. ... show more

Awesome shredder. Enjoy the bulk shredding option of 50-100 pages at a time. Great for old bank statements, old tax documents, etc... Handles credit cards and CDs just fine. Does not do well with metal bank/credit cards, however. I didn't pay attention and dropped an old Amazon metallic card in it and it was not happy. It jammed, but I could clear it. No damages. I wish the basket would hold more, my biggest and only real complaint. Very happy with the features and the fact it wasn't a $250 dollar machine. Definitely worth the money. Can only handle around 5-8 pages at a time even it can shred credit cards. It’s definitely not worth the price. Purchased in October and didn’t use it until December and the first time I used it, it was fine. The second time I loaded about 25-50 pages in the auto feed (despite claiming it can handle 120) and it was making thunking noises and was not able to shred any of those papers. Ever since that one instance, any time it shreds (even 1 sheet of paper) it makes the loudest thunking noises ever. I tried everything and nothing will fix it. Over $200 for a shredded that can’t even handle 10 pages at a time OR 50 pages in autofeed ? Useless. I wish the price matched the quality, I was looking to invest a couple hundred dollars in printer with the idea it would last me years and work as it claimed. Do not purchase. ... show more

This shredder is quieter than most and the self-feeder is good when you have papers that are flat and the same size. The only real annoyance is that the bin is small, so requires frequent emptying.

This shredder is a replacement for home use. It’s larger than the previous and the perfect size for my use. I like the micro cut, the speed is good and I have never had a jam. I appreciate the noise level. It is so quiet! It is the best home shredder that I have owned.
