So I bought 2 of these and each one was shoddy. The first had a broken solder joint. Both couldn't tighten with the screws provided. They stripped out the hole and just spun without tightening at all. I ended up gluing them in there, which did not make it sturdy, but at least held it together long enough for me to put the monitor on there. I think it will work, as gravity holds the rickety thing together better than the screws were ever going to. Overall, I'd probably buy again because they look good and are doing the job. This would be an ideal Riser if it would assemble as expected. The Auledio Dual Monitor Stand Riser screws cause the pressed wood to fall apart or screw holes to expand to wide...resulting in the legs of the Riser to become wobbly and unable to support any weight. I've only been using this monitor stand for a few days but so far it seems significantly more sturdy than the last monitor stand I was using, that was nearly twice the price. I did sift through reviews on this item before making the decision to purchase it, and was initially concerned about complaints of uneven legs, and wobbliness. I decided to take the risk, however, and I do not regret it. This is your reminder to read the instructions before assembling things. This monitor stand very intentionally includes two sets of legs. The taller set is for the two outside "wings" of the stand, while the shorter are for the middle section. The included instruction sheet does show this. So you just need to pay attention to the length of the legs as you attach them. Once it's assembled it's sturdy and easy to adjust the position of the wings. The only negatives that I've noticed at this point is that the paint is uneven and there are a few spots where the wood shows through, as well as some superficial scratches. But this isn't really a big deal to me. If you don't care about it looking absolutely flawless, I'd say it's a great purchase. ... show more

After I got this set up I am happy with the purchase, but setting it up was a real pain. I'm a pretty handy person & have put together furniture before, but these screws are so small. Also in the center part, they lined it up so that you can't get a screw-driver directly over the screw holes. I even used an extra-long screw-driver & still couldn't get it. Purchased twice to try to make it work. However, it has design issue. The middle piece cannot be tightened because the screw is longer than the middle piece. No matter how hard you try, the middle piece always wobbly.

I had a time getting one of these not damaged. The first one came busted due to the shipment process, they were very quick in sending the replacement. The replacement had a couple rivets missing - As fast as I contacted them, they remedied the issue! I love my desk, it's giving me better posture and letting me strech my legs when my pants are cutting into my tummy or I just need to get the blood flowing. Highly recommended - don't let my shipment troubles deter you from this product! They will work with you to get you satisifed. ... show more

I love my risers, it was perfect for my cubical office which has little space for my keyboard. With the riser I have it at the right eye level and room for my keyboard! The assembly was a little difficult I didn't have a long screwdriver but I managed!
