Apple chip have a very mild faint flavor for the most part. Some of the pieces have a stronger apple flavor but most don't. I did try to rehydrate some and they did not taste very good so I just eat them as they are, I like them better that way.     • pieces at the bottom of the can taste bad.
At first the apple slices tasted fine, though they were broken into very small pieces from shipping. At the bottom of the can, the sodium chemical for freshness was so strong tasting, the food was inedible. It was so VERY strong tasting. I've never experienced that before in my life.
