Just received the winch today. The winch looks pretty good. However, there are the item description is very misleading. It is not steel rope as described but fabric. It is single stage(one speed) not as described two speeds. The picture on the web shows two speeds but actual item I got is single speed as show in sencond photo. ... show more

The first time I used it the large gear bent in high speed let alone if I had been using low gear. My boat hull weighs 1300 lbs empty and the winch is rated for 3200 lbs.
