My wife and I are expecting our first child this year and wanted a glider chair to feed, relax and sleep in while holding baby. We are beyond thrilled with our purchase! It not only looks great in our living room, but my wife and I might need to get a second glider because neither of us can stop sitting in it. We used to have a rocking chair and are much more satisfied with a glider design due to how effortlessly the chair and ottoman glide. Here’s a brief summary of our experience with this product: DELIVERY & PACKAGING: Packaging was very strong, covered in several layers of cardboard and plastic that had limited to no dings or indentations in the box. Packaging was impressive and indestructible in my opinion. Made for a timely dismantle but worth it knowing that our chair was well protected. ASSEMBLY: It took about 5 minutes to unbox, unwrap, inventory, and organize for assembly. Assembly instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Plan for approximately 15-20 mins to fully assemble once all parts are out of the box. All the necessary parts and tools were given to accomplish setup. Easy-peasy WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PRODUCT: This chair is really durable and beyond comfortable! We really like the padding on the arm rest and the ottoman as well. This chair is so comfortable I can easy fall asleep in it. It sways effortlessly and it’s so relaxing being able to kick your feet up on the ottoman. There are side pockets to store remotes or gadgets too. We think our future baby will love the gliding motion and should bring baby much ease. Definitely recommend this chair over a rocking chair and to anyone looking for a comfortable glider. ... show more

    • Decently comfy but clasps for pockets aren't very good.

Decently comfortable cushions. The side cushions have these push buttons that don't clasp at all or easily come apart which is super annoying whenever I try to out something in the side pockets. Other than that's it's a wonderful chair.

Upon receiving the big heavy box, it appears the product took a hit when it was dropped or banged around during shipping. Some parts were already assembled using dry-wall-like screws which stripped out when dropped. I was able to install larger hardware and got it to work, but there was damage done. But the end result was a nice chair that we are looking forward to using once the baby arrives! ... show more

Bought this chair for son and daughter in law as a gift for baby. They are small people and sat in chair and the chair broke. It says the chair is returnable until September but it will not let me return or give me any option to fix this after only 6 weeks of use.
