I've had a top of the line asus gaming laptop and a high end msi gaming laptop and the keys on the asus rog strix is the best keys I've ever felt so ridiculously comfortable premium feeling although the strix is a plastic construction. It is very heavy duty feeling very fast can be set to 3.2k resolution makes a custom sound when turning on the laptop which I thought was awesome! Great for genshin impact gaming. Computer is nice, but has a glitch that occasionally it will not wake out of sleep mode. Computer will still be running with lights on the keyboard but the screen will not wake up until you restart.

I bought this laptop to replace my prior ROG STRIX laptop bought in 2021 that had stopped booting up. I had to send that laptop back to ASUS twice but they did end up fixing it so now I have two ROG STRIX laptops. I run two side monitors on this one, and that may be why rocketleague lags a little when I play it. I don't know, I haven't taken the time to review my graphics optimizations with some reddit on rocket league. This computer works pretty well, it was notably faster than the 2021 one. I do business on my laptop and I just need one that works. This computer has a webcam where the prior ROG STRIX did not. I like the overall layout of the ROG strix and have replaced the monitor, and upgraded the ram in the prior one but this one came 64 so didn't need to. I now have two of these things. I spent around $2k on the last one too. All I want to do is do web development and play rocket league without lag, but rocket league still lags kind of.. and I would pay a lot to get that fixed, I had hoped this one would fix it but--- i mean it's better than the other one and maybe it's lagging because i'm running two side monitors and like 100 open windows and various coding programs and web browsers and videos in the background. ... show more

Goes to blue screen about once a week, if I am playing a game and have any other application open at the same time. Has issues with second monitors, trying lots of different monitors and cables, through both the HDMI and USB-C ports, it seems to struggle displaying them and often shows black lines across the screen, or does not display on the monitor at all. Performs a lot worse than my mid-end desktop built in 2016, I end up having to run most major titles on mid or low graphics settings to avoid fps drops. Not sure why it has a 240hz monitor, it's never getting anywhere close to that. ... show more

The machine itself is nice. THe box that one of them came in was kind of smashed, but luckily the item wasn't. This was smashed before it was placed in the package, as the package wasn't damaged at all. Just the actual manufactures box.
