    • Good printer, with a few minor quirks.
I like this printer! It had a few quirks. If you load only one label, it often cannot read it because of the way it scans for alignment, so you will always want 2 or more labels inside. Because of this, a single label will become waste. You may want to have some sort of label roll that feeds directly into the printer. When installing drivers, if you have an issue of it printing doubles, you will want to uninstall the software completely and reinstall. Some updates caused this issue for me. Otherwise, quality is great. I don't think i'll be replacing it any time soon. ... show more

I got this label maker for my small business and have been super impressed. Set up was super easy, the app is straight forward on how to use it and print. It’s been working wonderfully for me for 6 months printing via Bluetooth. Recently, I ran into an issue where the labels were not aligning right. I emailed the tech support email provided on the machine and quickly got a response. They were helpful and solved my issue quickly with a firmware update.
