I really like the size and style of these replacement fan globes. The frosted glass softens the light. Only 4 stars since one came with a small chip on the outer edge but I was anxious to install them so I kept it hoping others won't notice. The seller probably would have replaced it

Half if the shades were not properly fitted. Couldn't insert the light bulb because the opening was to small. My husband had to shave off some of the shade to fit the light bulb.

I love these and have owned them before so when I wanted to add a light kit to a fan in my new home I ordered these. A big problem is that 1 of them didn’t fit. The smaller end that attaches to the fixture is larger on 1 than the other three and was too large to attach.The 3 rating is only because the shades attachment points weren’t uniform and it’s proved to be a pain. I’m in the process of trying to ameliorate the issue with the company. After all 3 shades on a 4 shaded fixture just won’t work! Fingers crossed. Amazon was able to refund me 1/4 of my purchase price but these were for a renovation at the house and by the time I opened the box and tried to mount them on the fitting my window of return had passed. So on Monday I’ll call the company itself. Fingers crossed. ... show more

Our old ceiling fan was in need of some TLC. We didn't want to get rid of it because it is special to us. So a lot of cleaning, striping and painting and these beautiful shades and it looks good as new. The shades were like icing on the cake. Perfect!
