Overall I'm happy with it. The carpet cuts arent the best but the rest of the box is good. (The lines are more obvious in person vs what the picture shows) Feels very sturdy. I knew that the box was only meant to house shallower subs (5” depth is what the hifisoundconnection website says) but it was the exact box I needed for my pickup. I knew my subs wouldn’t fit without modification but I was able to modify it and make them fit and the seats still fold down and all no issues. Sounds good and seemed packaged well. This box is perfect for my 2011 F150 supercrew. I added a kicker 1200 watt amp and 2 shallow mount Fosgate 12s and I know my truck turn heads. I like the down fire because you feel the bass through your chest!! I also have a Kenwood head unit from best buy. 100 percent happy

Box corner edge was broken when I removed from the shipping box. Kinda disappointing. Box seems well assembled and carpeted nicely. I hope it sounds good with my shallow NVX 12s when I get them installed and amp wired. Update: Installed two 12inch DCV NVX shallow subs, wired both at a 1ohm load to a Pioneer 8601 amp. There is a ton of box flex reverb vibration noises with the bass. I know it's not the subs, it's adjusted correctly with bass know and EQ. At lower bass volume it does not do that, but with low bass songs, it's definitely noticeable. ... show more
