Screws are PRE-FIXED, meaning you will not find a bag of bolts or screws, they are already in their coordinating holes and have to be unscrewed from there. This honestly makes things very easy as there is no guess work. This item does not come with a manual, but the manual pdf is on the Amazon listing itself, so just download it from there. It’s a great basic chair and gets the job done. I would not suggest it for a busy salon, may not be high enough quality for that level of traffic. Poor quality. Hydraulic pump leaked immediately upon first use. Big hassle to return after the 30 day period was over. Paid shipping cost for a UPS porch pick-up and UPS only dropped off labels. Stated I had to box each chair back up (3), and take to a drop-off location.

This chair is too expensive and cheaply made. One of the arms refused to even be screwed in. The base is wobbly and the pump does not work. My guy friend and I put this together and followed the instructions to the T. So frustrating to receive the results that we did. Will be returning as it was not worth the spend. ... show more
