The media could not be loaded. The instructions were okay. They are nothing but pictures with arrows and few words so getting it together involved studying the picture and making sure I understood it before putting certain pieces together but for the most part it was very explanatory picture wise. I wish I knew it was going to come in two separate boxes because I got one box one day and the second box another day. So for a moment I thought I had been scammed. I messaged the seller who responded very quickly to inform me that the chair comes in two boxes that do not always come at the same time. I've been wanting a salon chair that reclines so I decided on this particular barber chair because I felt like it had a feminine touch and it's a little wider than the average salon chair for my bigger clients which I like as well as the head rest. I was worried about the chair being too big for my space, being as most with the extended foot rests are, however this chair is perfectly sized! Still had the “antique” feeling but modern enough to catch everyone’s attention. I had an issue when the chair arrived that the spring for the headrest was broken, and the seller was amazing at communicating and even sent videos on how to replace the part, as well as shipping the part free. Very disappointed to purchase this 700$ chair for it to be used and missing all the parts. I expected it to be top notch quality, considering to repurchase this chair again only if properly packaged and brand new per its description. I have requested a return and will update my experience if any.

Beautiful chair but if you are on the taller side its a no go. The chair is relatively small and and suited for someone 5ft7 and below. Its also very stiff to move. Which defeats the purpose of a the chair.
