The thing that I didn't like is that the barber chair is dangerous the reason why I say dangerous is when I'm shaving somebody the headrest does not lock I was shaving somebody just the other day and I cut them or Nick them and it was very embarrassing I sent the barbershop company and email and I get no response I also paid for insurance to cover the barber chair I just want to return this chair. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The instructions were okay. They are nothing but pictures with arrows and few words so getting it together involved studying the picture and making sure I understood it before putting certain pieces together but for the most part it was very explanatory picture wise. I wish I knew it was going to come in two separate boxes because I got one box one day and the second box another day. So for a moment I thought I had been scammed. I messaged the seller who responded very quickly to inform me that the chair comes in two boxes that do not always come at the same time. I've been wanting a salon chair that reclines so I decided on this particular barber chair because I felt like it had a feminine touch and it's a little wider than the average salon chair for my bigger clients which I like as well as the head rest. Beautiful chair but if you are on the taller side its a no go. The chair is relatively small and and suited for someone 5ft7 and below. Its also very stiff to move. Which defeats the purpose of a the chair.
