Have been using it for the past few months without any issues. The toilet seat has a sensor and open the seat automatically as you come close to the toilet. The seat also auto closes after use and the toilet flushes automatically without having to press any button. The seat is heated and temp of the seat and water can be adjusted using the remote. Generally, very pleased with this product so far. I have encountered 2 issues so far: 1) lid was missing a rubber bumper. I contacted customer service for a replacement. Customer service was very good and although it took a few weeks (part had to ship from China), the issue was resolved and communication was good. 2) The spray nozzle stopped coming out from the back of the toilet. Customer service was very responsive via email and walked me through troubleshooting the problem. It took sending a couple videos of the issue and a number of emails but customer service effectively walked me through steps to fix the issue (which was related to having the water temp set too high). This has overall been an excellent experience. Hopefully there are no further issues, as we can continue to enjoy our new bidet. Many thanks to Arrisea’s great customer service team! ... show more

I originally put a negative review because of the front bracket that needs drilling. Vendor was very responsive. For over 2 months this toilet has worked like a charm. It is a mean poop handling machine. Cleans and dries butt really good. Flushed after standing. If you wipe your butt, you may have to flush again. ... show more

Not installed yet but, CAN NOT get Seller or Manufacturer to send us a Number. I don't do Emails Not a Computer phone. If a problem during installation I don't have a 2nd Toilet to use. Nobody should have to wait for a Email's. Nothing on Bidet itself to say Manufacturer Name. I sent a few emails and our phone number's but, after a week and a Promissory email saying someone would call. STILL WAITING! It said Made in USA 🇺🇸 but, I don't think so. Should have gotten a Cheaper Bidet but, I seen comments about awesome Customer service. It didn't say by Emails only. Very Disappointed Scared to even start installation and sad for almost a $1,000. This toilet closes while using and flushes at random times, and whenever you move your foot while using. I asked about a less sensitive sensor or a way to adjust settings and was told in broken English to put tape over the sensor..... PUT TAPE on a BRAND NEW $1k toilet...absolutely absurd. This toilet is a nice luxury. The seller is very helpful also. Straightforward install. Just make sure you line the holes up properly. The template given seemed to be off. Other than that all seems fine. If you are looking for a way to stop the seat from automatically opening every time you walk in the room, then just hold the seat button on the remote down until you hear a beep. ... show more
