This light is outstanding, especially for the price. It's very bright with a broad beam with the cob. The use of the pocket clip, detachable head band and magnet make it extremely versatile. My only wish would be metal construction would be well worth extra cost

recieved as xmas present 2022... fast forward, only opened product end of jan. beginning of feb, (only weeks ago) might of used sporatically arond the house 5-6 hrs combined only on first spot setting. charged it most recently. wanted to use it, removed from charger whivch was full, pushed button once, spot came on super super dim like a match would of been brighter. cycled through settings. did same thing, tappped on light itself, flicked on and went dim again. cycled settings again. and light totally out. something internally with wiring, possibly bad connection or soldering . had less then two months, only unboxed it couple weeks ago. wore here and there in house. now broken. go figure, 30 return policy. if wasnt for being a gift wouldnt buy this. spend the money on a fenix instead. ... show more

I often go fishing, I usually go fishing at the lake at six o'clock in the evening. It's getting darker and faster lately, and this flashlight does the trick, making sure I don't get hurt by the hooks and fall into the lake lol.     • Aimable headlamp
I have a flashlight addiction, especially headlamps. This one has two features that put it ahead of the pack. 1. You can aim the light up or down. I wear bifocals and other headlamps always seem to have the light aimed too high. I have to tilt my head up to see what's up close, but then the light is not where I need it. With this headlamp, you can point the light right where you need it. NOTE - In the picture, it looks like the spot light might swivel separately from the flood, but it does not. 2. It's detachable. You can remove the light from the clip and use it like a flashlight. It has a magnetic base that is just strong enough to hold the light and headband. It also has a clip so that you can put it in a shirt pocket and have the spotlight pointing in front of you. This light will do ok outside at night, but the flood is a weakish yellowish light. Where it really does well is when you are under a car or sink or in an attic or any of those kinds of situations where you need some close up light. I don't like the cover on the charging port, it takes something pointy to open. The headband is comfortable and the battery life is decent. Although I have brighter headlamps, this one is my new go-to for close up work, simply because of the ability to aim the light. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Plastic and it weights nothing. It didn't last a week. It shuts off by it self and really dim. Save your money.

    • Very useful white light headlamp
This headlamp is very bright in any mode and swivels to point up or down. The cob light is a little more yellow than the spot light, but they both illuminate similarly. Rechargeable is a plus, as well. No AAA batteries that need replacement and ruin electronics when they inevitably corrode. The light can be easily removed from the elastic headband and used without it. It has a clip that can be slipped over a chest pocket or attached to a backpack strap. It works well as a little flashlight. I do wish it swiveled down a bit more. It only angles down around 45 degrees, so it won't work well as a headband-mounted book light, but for walking/hiking around dark areas, it does great. Operation is very simple. Clicking the power button cycles the light as follows: off > spot > cob > both > off. There is no brightness adjustment, and the light does not have a red option. No idea how long a full charge last, yet. I have played around with it for about an hour so far, and the brightness has not declined. If there are any surprises, this review will be updated accordingly. So far, I think this headlamp is quite good, if a bit simple. If you need a versatile white light head lamp, I recommend giving this one a shot. ... show more
