These are really cool once you have them set up right, which is potentially harder than it ought to be given some bizarre design decisions. Pac-Man's power input & switch is technically on the top of his head, when it would make more sense to put the input at the bottom since you would typically want to feed the cable downward toward a USB input in an outlet, PC or TV. Luckily he is symmetrical so you can hang him "upside down" and it still looks fine. Blinky's power input & switch is on the right side, so the power inputs & switches aren't consistent in terms of placement between the different characters and it can make it a bit annoying to get them to look good depending on where you plan to plug these in. While these are relatively minor complaints given how neat these are, I found these issues annoying enough to dock a star for it. And yes, you can technically use batteries, but most LED wall decos can chew through a set of batteries in a day or less, so unless you're using these for a party or something, you're much better off powering them with the cables if you plan to use them long-term. ... show more
