Great product! It was a little intimidating at first there is a lot of pieces, but it took about two hours to put together, the instructions were fairly simple. Very straightforward picture instructions, as soon as I got it together, I plugged it in. It asked me if I wanted to connect to my wireless Internet so I did and it told me there was an update available It downloaded the update. Took a few hours to put together and it worked without a hassle. You do not have to connect it to your WiFi at all. It was a gift and the Mortal Kombat games (1-3 + Ultimate 3) work great. I was told the other games were so so.

Mortal Kombat II bought as Christmas gift for kids ages 4, 5, and 13. They all love it as do the adults. Lots of games. Nostalgic joysticks and buttons. Only con is it took 2 grown men 4 hours to put together. As long as it's not you, it's a win. Highly recommend.

This cabinet is well built and stands up to my rigorous gaming. It comes with 15 games but I bought it just to play the Mortal Kombat titles. I've had a simple issue with one of the buttons not responding, so I reached out to customer service and Kristina proved very helpful, replying even on the weekend!
