Nothing like bringing the arcade to your home! It was in great shape and came sooner than expected. I put it together by myself, and it only took a few hours. Have only played it a few times so far, but so far am very happy with the product quality. The coin cover is fake, just for show. Thought it was very clever as it wouldn't be the same without it, yet, not going to actually require coins to play. I am 5'9" and it is comfortable to stand at, but I did buy an arcade chair. ... show more

Nice throwback to the 90's if you're of that vintage, but the kids love it too. The nostalgia factor makes it worthwhile. The assembly is a little fiddly and it's probably safer to have another person helping.

Got this for my son for Christmas. Spent 2.5 hours Christmas Eve putting it together. The bit moment came to power it on, lights...YES...sound....YES.....monitor....black. Ok...maybe I messed up the cables. Unplugged everything, followed the troubleshooting options on the website step-by-step....still no picture. Being Christmas I had little hope of customer support getting with me. Put in my ticket....surprised to see a couple hours later I had an email awaiting for me....only to be a standard generated message outlying the troubleshooting steps...THAT I PUT IN MY ORIGINAL TICKET that I followed already and still it has been radio silence. I get that it is Christmas right now, and IF they get back and get it fixed I WILL alter this review to reflect that, but shipping a faulty product is just frustrating for the end user. AND IF they make me take apart the PCB board and unplug those cables they have really screwed up. The END USER should never have to open up the box in my opinion. UPDATE: New board arrived. Replaced the old one, and screen is still not receiving power. Awaiting customer support to see what the next steps are TLDR: Got it for my son, assembly easy/time consuming, DOA, so far support is terrible. ... show more

Was nervous with these but we bought this one and the Pac man one, and they are awesome, glad we went with the ones on the risers, because they would be child size without them. I am 5'3 and it is perfect eye level for me, and can use a bar stool to sit and play. My husband is 6'2 but still a good fit, these have been a HIT with family and friends and the kids and grand kids love them. Love that the top lights up, and it has fake coin open slots so it makes you feel like you are back in the skate rink battling it out..................but without the worry of running out of tokens! We put these in a small game/playroom, and they don't take up to much space but are just the right size. My husband loves to disappear downstairs and just get lost in the games....has a ton of game options as well. Would for sure buy again. These do have to be put together, but the instructions were super clear which is a plus, so many other items the instructions are poor, but these were crisp, clear and easy to understand. Took about half an hour to put together by himself (husband). Just make sure to follow the instructions, and it is not hard ... show more

Cabinet and display are pretty good quality. If you're building it yourself, be prepared to spend 3 hours. Fairly simple instructions. Games play fine. The AI in Mortal Kombat is kind of difficult. Be prepared to smack buttons to beat these guys. I have it mostly as a display to sometimes play and that's exactly what it does. ... show more
