    • Fantastic product...but how is their support for it??
Let me start off by saying I've used Anker for many years. Their product line has always been top notch. When I saw that they offered the dock for the Quest 2, I didn't need to read comments or see reviews...I just bought it. Dock arrives, packaging excellent (as usual) and all looks and "feels" fantastic. I put the dock to use without hesitation. But I come across a little "hiccup" unfortunately. The headset charges fine but the handsets are fiddly to get the green light to come on. All blinking amber lights about 75% of the time. I removed the handsets battery covers many times, repositioned, played with the contacts, and so on and so forth...nothing improves it. It just didn't seem "right" for Anker to have something so finicky on charging, I reached out to their support team via email. Mind you, I have never contacted them for anything in the past, so I thought to myself, this should be interesting. Talk about s stellar experience! I had the same rep (Eliya) from start to finish of this journey and she was absolutely fantastic! It was no hassle and received a replacement unit (after surmising that my unit must have been defective) very quickly. They even sent the new one on "good faith" before even receiving the old unit back. And yes, the old one was sent pre-paid by Anker. Nice! And it doesn't stop there... Eliya reached out to me about 3 weeks later to check in on how all was going with the replacement unit and if it was meeting my expectations. Completely floored by this folks. I'm in sales and realize, these days, that is indeed a RARITY to have Customer Service support like that. Most of it is Customer NO Service. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about and have been there done that. All in all? I really appreciate Eliya's promptness, willingness to help, and follow-up in my experience with Anker support. It is support like that that will keep your customer base loyal for life...including me. :) Oh yes...and how is the dock actually performing? Just as it should...perfect! My whole family just loves it to pieces. It is more expensive than others, yes...but you get what you pay for. It's like comparing an Apple product to a cheap China knockoff. I hope this helps pushing those that are "on the fence" about purchasing the dock. Just do it. You will not be disappointed. ... show more

So I was searching for a good stand for my sons Oculus Quest 2 for Christmas and everything looked cheap. I saw this one and at the time knew nothing about Anker. I ordered it thinking I would return it if he didn't like it because it did cost quite a bit more than others I looked at. I could tell the minute this arrived in the mail that it was quality, just by feeling how sturdy and heavy it was. Took no time at all to set up. The rechargeable battery packs are freaking awesome! The LED indicator lights are nice and let you know when it is charged. Not to mention this charges the Oculus faster than the cable that came from the factory. Don't ask me how, but in about 20 minutes it was at a full charge from a quarter battery life. Overall this thing just looks classy sitting on my sons gaming desk. Best part is I don't have to keep yelling at him to put his Oculus away because it was always laying around somewhere waiting to get broken. After this purchase I have started to buy other products from Anker and I can Guarantee you they are High Quality and worth the price! Don't buy the cheap plastic ones that come with the case and all the other little trinkets. This stand will impress you with its sleek and durable design. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It looks really sleek. I wanted this dock largely because it charges both the headset and the handles. I didn't like the other docks I saw because they held the handles by the loops and that made me uncomfortable. I like the magnet it works well and it has a clear click when it connects so you know. ONE THING THOUGH: sometimes the handles will flash the orange color which means there is an issue in charging. If that happens check to make sure the silver squares on the battery are connecting to the new battery cover. That's how it charges. Other than that I've had no issues yet. It's about the width of half an average book shelf but because the cord is plugged in in the back it can't be right up against anything. Makes it looks professional, like you take care of your tech and are serious about your VR. 👍 ... show more

I was really excited for this! It looks nice and works nicely to charge the headset but unfortunately the right controller won’t work no matter what I do. It acts like it’s charging and it even shows as charged but it just will not actually work. I have to use a regular battery in its place to actually use the system. I will definitely still mess with it to hopefully get it working but at this point it’s been such a pain. Other than that I love that I have a specific place for my quest now and it’s very clean looking. Headset charges just fine and is very convenient. Just wish I didn’t have this controller issue… ... show more

Love this! I was getting frustrated that the Oculus was never plugged in to charge after my kids used it. They would just set it down in the living room when they were done. Now they just set it down on the charging dock. I have not had the issue with the controllers not charging like others have mentioned. ... show more
