Having a great quality product to use at home for neck and shoulder pain is something our family values. Between desk jobs that aren't great on the neck and upper back as well as workouts at the gym, we are frequent users of massagers. Ease of use: As easy as other massagers we've used. Don't miss the QR code on the box for instructional video - it helps a ton! My favorite features: * The arms that massage the upper back. What a bonus! We have another neck massager, however, the way this one rotates on both the neck and shoulders makes it far superior. * Portability - Love that this charges via a USB Port - makes it far more portable and allowed me to somewhat mobile while using it rather than constrained to one position near an outlet. I'll use it more often this way and take it on car trips as well! * The heat feature was pleasantly unexpected and mimics effects of a hot rock massage. What I wish was better: * I was going to say including more instructions on how to wear and use, then found the QR cod eon the box! * It did take time to charge up before first use, of course.     • Feels like the real thing...but better!
This massager is designed intuitively. I was able to put it on and start it working without having to read the instructions. For anyone who might not be as adept, there are crystal clear instructions provided. I work out regularly. Along with the incredible benefits of consistent exercise, now that I'm older, that exercise comes with general aches and pains. In addition to having to be much more focused on form and technique during exercise, as we age, we need to know how to increase blood flow and work any stiff and/or sore muscles after a workout so they don't impede our ability to get back to the gym. This massager is incredible for the neck and shoulders, both essential in every form of exercise, from yoga to lifting to high intensity interval training. The motion of the massage heads deliver pressure exactly where you need it. While I find this massager is best for neck and shoulders, it's also great for the lower back and quads. The best feature is being able to add heat along with the targeted motion of the massage heads. I used to pop several ibuprofen tablets after an intense workout. This is a pretty decent neck massager, but the issue I had was with the instructions. I had it upside down initially and it HURT! Thought this just is not right. Did a YouTube search and found that the reason why. When I did it correctly, worked quite well and felt good. Will use it often, the heat is nice, as well as variable speed and intensity. The best thing about this massager is that the massaging nodes don't pinch or hurt; they are gentle like fingers. The materials used and the massager itself are of high quality, and it is not heavy. It is easy to charge and I appreciate the lights that alert when the device needs to be charged, is charging, and when it is fully charged. However, I wish this massager offered more setting options. The product was very easy to use. I love how they have a USB-C charger instead of the slow chargers other company uses. I think it has 5 or 6 different massage mode I only use 2 which are my favorite for around the neck and arms. I love the feature with the head around the neck.
