It was disappointing to have ordered a Mac only to have it come with the cheapest mouse possible that won’t connect to the computer. I had to go an buy a new mouse to be able to work the computer. Pretty disappointed. Why not just charge more and include the correct accessories?

    • Computer wouldn't turn on.... waste of time.
I needed an iMac for school, and I thought this would be the computer of my dreams. When it arrived, the computer would not turn on correctly. After calling Apple Care several times, I got it to work. It was working amazing for a couple of days, I had only used it for Chrome and one other program, nothing huge at all. Then, it was super slow and constantly crashed. I can't even use it. I'll open one app and it'll freeze and crash. I've tried everything under the sun to fix it. It's not worth it. I will be returning it and purchasing another one--hopefully one that actually works. ... show more

I was very excited when I saw the condition of the unit as it was tip top! No obvious scratches or dents. Then I was disappointed because it was not powering on. I used the cord of my old computer and still nothing so the computer itself must have been the problem. Waiting for my refund so I can order a new one and then I'll update review. ... show more

Arrived well packed. Easy to set up with no issues. No blemishes or scratches. Came with Apple Magic Mouse and Wireless keyboard. I added 32 GB memory and it is snappy in its response to opening applications, files and working with large images in photo editing software. Excellent purchase.

This iMac is listed as "Excellent". Look at the pictures, can you imagine how hard you would need to hit this to damage the case like it is? It says it's clean, it was filthy and I had to use Windex to clean the crud off. And it says it may not have the original mouse and keyboard, I paid $700 for a piece of junk keyboard and a WIRED mouse! I wouldn't recommend purchasing and will be returning as I can't trust this device. Also, you have mandatory "stars" to click in the review that have nothing to do with the issues. ... show more
