It’s been to Best Buy twice to the geek squad. Still couldn’t access internet. Had my sound system guys out, they had to hard wire to get access. Still can’t hook up printer. Wish I had just bought a brand new Mac.

I saw some negative reviews on this product but there were many positive ones so I went ahead and purchased it. This computer is working great for me and has no signs of prior use. Everything looks new. I believe the included keyboard and mouse are new.
