    • Precisely the "cans" I was looking for (Audio recording, and production)

I have been in the music "business" since the mid 1980's, and spent years in the studio. As its no longer necessary to work in a full studio all the time, its now possible to edit,mix, and master mostly away from the studio. However to do that you need a "tuned" room (acoustically flat) and that can be time consuming to get that "right". Its now possible to edit and mix using quality, (acoustically) flat, studio headphones (cans). I have used many different professional sets, and although sonically "pure" they were fatiguing after a long mixing session. I also got tired of dragging cables around, so I decided to try "wireless". I was introduced to these by another mix engineer, who has been using them. He said you have to try these, and so I did! I immediately purchased my own. It did take a little finagling to get them to work in Pro Tools, and have my audio go to them for monitoring the mix, rather than my monitors, (setting them up in the I/O) as I use an outboard analog summing amplifier, and I work on an iMac. I am very very happy with these "cans" I have also used them tracking my vocals. These phones are a quality instrument for use both in the studio at the desk and will allow you to create a quality mix, even with a lap top, while on an airplane. They are also superb for casual listening. They fit very well, noise cancelling cancels and does not color the sound, they come with a beautiful case. I hope to use these for many mixes and many years. Like any quality piece of equipment you have to treat them with care and respect for them to last and do their job. I absolutely love my AirPods Max. They’re everything I could want in over-ear headphones and more. First off, they’re amazing ear muffs in the winter—cozy and practical! The noise cancellation is brilliant and blocks out everything, whether it’s a noisy commute or the chaos of my house while I’m cooking dinner. The sound quality is superb, and phone calls are crystal clear. They hold a charge for nearly all day, which is a lifesaver. I’ve tried Bose and Sony over-ear headphones, and while they’re great, the seamless connectivity across my Apple devices is what makes these stand out. Switching between my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook is effortless. Sure, they’re pricey, but for the comfort, sound quality, and ease of use, they’re worth it. I am so happy I ordered these! I’ve tried two other types of over the ear headphones. I do love my beats headphones, but I am really happy about these apple headphones. Yes they are out of the price range I’d like to spend. They were worth buying! They fit comfortably, the volume and functionality of the headphones are different but I love it!
