I have been very impressed with the noise canceling with the AirPod Pro 2; however, I was surprised that they are at least as good as my Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra earphones.     • They work great but don't fit my ears well, and charging doesn't work as advertised

I bought these because of the external sound amplification feature,, in lieu of hearing aids. I put my audiogram into the Health app and they're supposed to use it to tune amplification. They work AMAZINGLY well for that. They make music sound good too, although I have another pair of earbuds that I like better for music. But they don't stay in my ears! No matter which size of tips I use they fall out within a few minutes even if I'm not moving my head. I've been trying after-market gadgets to help them stay in, but so far no luck. The battery life is only five hours or so when I use them with the sound amplification feature. The charging case is supposed to work with an Apple Watch charger, but it doesn't work reliably...worse, sometimes it PRETENDS to charge (it sticks to the charger and the charging light comes on) but then continues draining the battery. I have to plug in the lightning cable to charge them. Not a big deal but it was annoying until I figured out what was happening. ... show more

they have had problems connecting and disconnecting since i bought then in jun 24. battery in referb don't last as long as new ones. lol. but their still the best ones out there in my opinion. they can be reset and keep clean. clean contacts with alcohol and swab. and they work fine. bass and noise cancel and sound quality i still believe they are best. ... show more
