Everything is crispy and clear! Noise cancellation is great, but do keep in mind that if the environment is really loud, you may still hear a bit of it through the headphones. It doesn't bug me too much and helps brings some peace and quiet when necessary. When first receiving the headphones, wearing them cause a bit of soreness cuz I felt like my head was being squished. After wearing them for long periods of time, you kind of break them in and they will become more comfortable that you don't even notice them. Prior to owning the AirPods Max, I owned that AirPods Pros and they were uncomfortable after a few hours of wears. When comparing the two, the Max is definitely the best overall. Every single day I'll pack them in my bag for work and they've held up! Durability is definitely there, and tbh there's really no need to purchase an extra case since it gets really bulky. The noise canceling feature on this is incredible for flights. I have the in ear AirPods and when using for extended periods of time, the over ear headphones prove to be comfier. I do enjoy these for the gym but find that if I’m laying down or jumping, they have a hard time staying put because they’re light and don’t have leather feaux leather muffs. Functionally, they serve better as a travel companion than in the fitness application so far. ... show more

These are so expensive I had decided to return them before they arrived. After I opened them and put them on they impressed me so much that I could never give them up. The fit, the noise canceling and the music quality is fantastic. I absolutely love them and would highly recommend them.

I bought my husband these headphones because he wouldn’t buy them for himself. We went on a flight to see family and the noise canceling on these headphones is Amazing!! You can’t hear the sound from the plane itself and there was a few crying children on the flight that he said if you aren’t playing anything, you can’t hear the plane sounds but you can hear the children but as soon as he started some music or a movie, he couldn’t hear the children. He will get a lot of use out of these! Yes, they’re a bit pricey but they work really well! Take not, he read an article that says the headphones work best with Apple products. Can you please help me? I bought these as a Christmas gift and I sent a note saying that they were for Christmas. I bought them because there was a dock strike at the time. These are too heavy for my daughter’s head. Not used, perfect condition. Could I please get a refund?

I feel they are a lot of money. However, they are a favorite purchase to our boys. They work great and look cool. I’m not a headphone user so I’m not a fair judge but if you ask our teenage boys they LOVE them!

They have been updated recently with USB C, but they still have the old chipset from 4+ years ago. I also have the AirPods Pro 2. Comparing them, the noise cancelling is better in the Max, but the transparency is better on the Pro 2s. Max is slower to connect also. Overall they sound good and reasonably comfortable. My main reason for buying these is the better noise canceling and I am happy with that. I just wish they updated the chipset and added new features like pausing when you speak like the Pro 2s do. ... show more
