I have AirPods Pro that I use for work, but they always fall out of my ears and don’t feel secure, and they started sounding like I was in a cave when on a call. I got these new earbuds for doing things around the house, for doing errands on my day off, and for listening to audiobooks while floating in the pool this summer (yay splash-proof!) The sound quality (both for listening and on calls) is actually pretty good. They are super comfortable and fit securely in my ears. Despite the affordable price tag, the overall quality is good—the earbuds and the case both feel substantial, not cheap and breakable. Also, the battery life is far better than my AirPods Pro. These last 2 to 3 times longer if not more. I fully didn’t expect them to become my favorites over the AirPods, but the battery life alone makes them more useful. Re: customer service— After having them for a couple months, the right one started to have charging issues, and I emailed the company. After providing suggestions on how to fix/test, and after I sent them some pics and videos demonstrating that they were indeed malfunctioning, they made it right and replaced the broken unit. The process was thorough to prove that there was actually a problem, but I fully understand—they don’t want people trying to scam them. Y’all I won’t lie, when I bought these I wasn’t expecting them to actually work well. I was so wrong though, because I have had them for almost a year now and they still work amazingly. They have good quality sound, and they’re pretty loud too. Not to mention rather durable! I accidentally left them in my pants pocket and washed my jeans with the earbuds in the pocket, the usual earbud horror story. I’ve got to be honest, these Bluetooth earbuds really surprised me because they were in the washes for like 45 minutes, came out completely soaking wet, but STILL worked great! The only change I’ve noticed has been the left earbud being slightly quieter, but it’s barely noticeable and the touch controls even work still! I’ve been using the Tozo T6 earbuds for about three weeks now, and I’m really happy with them. Here’s the scoop: Design & Comfort: These earbuds look sleek and are super comfy. They come with multiple ear tip sizes, so you can get a perfect fit. The charging case is compact and fits easily in your pocket. Sound Quality: For the price, the sound quality is impressive. The audio is clear and balanced, and the bass is decent. They work great for music, podcasts, and calls. Battery Life: The battery life has been solid. I get about 6 hours of use per charge, and the case extends that to around 30 hours. The quick charge feature has been handy, too. Connectivity & Controls: Pairing with my phone has been smooth, thanks to Bluetooth 5.3. The touch controls are easy to use once you get used to them.
