The media could not be loaded. This scooter has been fun for sure, but also it has been a reasonable option for me for commuting to work. It is very well made. The shock absorption system takes comfort to another level. The 8.5 inch wheels glide smoothly even over tougher terrain such as gravel roads. It has a top speed of 19 mph, the long-range capability allows me to go to town and back without needing a charger. It has some get up and go to it even on hills. I like that I can take it inside with me when I get to the office. The folding mechanism allows me to do that and to store it in small spaces. I love the price for this scooter it's nice looking charging is quick it's good quality even though a little piece of the plastic was broken off when it came to me it didn't affect the scooters ability to perform but it does seem like it doesn't go as fast as it claims. Poor quality. We bought 4. All gently used, flat ground. Barely 33 miles on it when the range for a single trip is 19 miles. 2 completely stopped working. One won't even turn on. 1 turns on, brake light blinks and it won't go anywhere at all. After 3 calls and no lie 4 + hours on phone nothing. First two times the Amazon rep said I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours from the manufacturer and they ignored. Never heard a single thing from manufacturer to back up their products. Apparently the name of the game is to make garbage that can last just past some ridiculously short time frame and then stonewall. Honestly I'm not surprised from something built in China standards, I am more upset with Amazon who wouldn't hold their feet to the fire and take care of a great long term customer. I expected them to do better and they didn't. Either way.. Avoid this product and the manufacturer Roinside altogether! ... show more

The max speed is optimal for short commute (30_40 min walk). It is lightweight. It is considerably water resistant ( I don't think in this price range and a little higher you find a better IP rating). The durability is perfect. It is sturdy. I have received the scooter a few days ago and I have tested it before giving this review. At first, I was just thinking to give it a try so I bought it, but this is surprisely good, it's really handy! It's perfect for short commutes. The speed is just right, it handles well and has variable speeds which you need to download their app to adjust it. The design is user friendly, it's got light and horn. It folds up really small, so I can take it and put straight into my car. Charging is a breeze too. The suspension works well, as long as you're not on a super rough road. First, the Shipping was fast and assembly was easy. Although, the instruction book has very tiny pictures and print. Hard to read unless you are in the right light. I will start by saying this is the first electric scooter we have ever purchased. The scooter itself is a fun to ride and easy to figure out. Handles bumps pretty well. I have only made three 2 miles or less errands with it around our neighborhood. We have not tested out the light at night yet. I will update when we do. The app that it advertises is all in Japanese so we haven’t used that. It may be possible to change the language after you download it? This is not the scooter for you if you plan on using on hills. It definitely slows way down just on neighborhood inclines. Not something that bothers me since I never ride it when I’m in a hurry to get somewhere. I can get it up close to 30mph and I weigh 165. My husband says he can do the same on flat surface and he weighs 240. I plan on taking it out on the bike trail tomorrow to see how far I can get it to go on a charge. We are stoked about our purchase and I will update soon on further use. The picture I took is a part on the scooter that I have no idea what function it serves. Anyone know???? Update: I rode it to work at 4:30am through a neighborhood most of the way. It’s not an are that is very well lit so I also used a head lamp and that worked really well bc the light on the scooter was t quite enough light.
