I purchased this trampoline in Feb. for my 4 year old grandson. We put it together in early MARCH. These photos show the floor of the trampoline after minimal use. No shoes or sharp objects have been inside the trampoline, just a ball and a 4-yr old kid. THe fabric floor appears faulty. I understand there is a 3 year warranty on parts that are not the framing. I'm trying to figure out how to contact the company that sold the trampoline through Amazon. We really like the product, but how do I select the number of stars at this point? So, here I am a few days later, and the company that sold the trampoline through Amazon has very quickly sent me a replacement floor for the trampoline. I have now changed my rating of this company and I'm thrilled that I didn't have to mail anything back in order to get the replacement part. That' a great way to keep a customer happy. One fo the rings on the mat itself was messed up and they sent an entire new mat to remedy the issue. Would purchase from them again!

This mini trampoline is so much fun! It's perfect for my 3 year old. The Frame is sturdy and safety pad keeps him safe while bouncing, and it's a great way for him to get some exercise. It's fairly easy to set up once you get going but the instructions were a little hard to follow. I dont think the handle bar is constructed properly because it moves when he's jumping. So, I put this inside of my playroom and my god daughter is in love with it. She stays occupied with it for hours at a time now. I live the cute little design and the bar. This trampoline was so easy to assemble. It took my husband and son about 45 minutes to put it together. Once they were done, my god daughter couldn't help but to start playing on it. Overall, I really like the size and the color. This trampoline was really easy to set up and it can easily be stored away also. It would make a wonderful gift! My nieces have so much fun playing on it and the design is really cute. It’s well made and worth the cost.
