The chair is absolutely gorgeous. Very well made and looks so much "richer" than what the price actually is. I can't wait to have family/friends over to enjoy this set. Super comfortable and as a short stature person I've always loved an Adirondack chair because they are low to the ground. These are so perfect and I really love them. I got two of them and splurged on the matching ottoman as well. Great set, great price, and just so attractive. However, the instructions are seriously one of the worst I have ever encountered. I am no stranger to putting things together. In my household, it's been me that has put every single thing we've ever bought over the years that needed to be assembled and the instructions are my pet peeve when they are poorly put together. In step ONE, step freaking ONE, they have a diagram with two steps there, but they only have the printed words for one of the steps. You have to infer by the diagram that you also need to perform a 2nd action. It's confusing and found myself reading and re-reading for far too long to figure out the steps. Follow the diagram and not the printed instructions. Just terrible and inexcusable in my opinion. Ok, I'm ranting but I said this was a pet peeve. Now you know! I still recommend the chairs but you've been warned about the pathetic instructions! ... show more

We purchased two of these chairs and while we haven’t used them yet I wanted to review quality and packaging. The chair pieces are a much higher quality than I was expecting and I went with this company because it sounds like they are taking care of people if something happens to their chairs. Everything was packaged super well. The only downside is the directions to put it together are pretty terrible. Like worse than IKEa. It definitely helps to have two people putting them together. ... show more

    • Very nice looking and sturdy
It took me about 1.5 hours to assemble. The instructions could be better or at least printed more clearly. Just keep straight which screws go where.

The media could not be loaded. I have a lot to say about these chairs, both good and bad. First off, the instructions are absolutely terrible. It took my husband and I one hour to figure out the instructions and put 1 of our 2 chairs together. After figuring out the first one, the second chair took maybe 15-20 minutes to assemble. Secondly, I’m very happy with the way they look and how they dress up my backyard space. They seem to be pretty sturdy. The one area that I did think was a bit flimsy is the slats at the top on the back of the chair. See the video I posted. Comfort level of these chairs so far is a 8 out of 10. I haven’t sat in them long enough yet to feel as if they deserve a 10 out of 10. But I don’t think they will disappoint and will be a 10. And I gave them a 3 out of 5 stars because of the awful instructions. ... show more

These chairs are beautiful and look expensive. They were easy to put together and also fold up for storage during Midwest winters. Highly recommend.
