I work in a lab in a hospital, due to my own medical issues, I have to stand my entire shift. Lately, my knee and skin have been killing me on my right leg each and every day after I finish work. My wife suggested I get some orthotics or replace my insoles on my shoes to help with the issues. I removed my old insoles which had virtually no arch support and were very thin. I was hopeful for a bit of relief purchasing these inserts, reviews were good and I was needing some relief, sitting down isn’t an option for me. On the first day, I wore the inserts, I was more aware of the high arch support on my right foot. The same leg I was having shin and knee problems. It wasn’t discomfort, just aware that the arch was more supportive. I walked over 12,000 steps that day and wore those shoes over 12 hours. I was amazed at how my shin and knee had little to no pain on that first day. I have worn these inserts for a week of work, walking more than 10,000 steps each day and my feet feel good, shin and knee have zero pain. So my issue seems to be linked entirely to no arch support previously and now amazing arch support from these inserts! I am now looking to get more inserts for my other shoes as well! I got some heel pain from injury and started wearing this to exercise for past few days and so far it's good, I like the solid cushion on heel, I bought 3 pairs from diff. brands and this one is actually the sturdiest so far in comparison, the other two I bought is from Dr. Scholl's (which comes in 2nd place) and then this other brand that is quite soft and not as sturdy, so I give it a A+ for this one, hopefully it lasts otherwise I'll be back here updating this review. ... show more

They are very and comfortable. I have had several custom orthotics due to planter fasciitis. These support my high arches just as good as expensive orthopedics. Hopefully they hold up over time.

I was very hopeful these would work for me, but the inserts pinched my foot in the arch area and were very uncomfortable after just a few minutes of trying them.
