I got this for my little boys third birthday. This was super easy to put together and the quality is better than I expected. We have had it a couple weeks and have only had to charge it one time and we take it out almost everyday. It has an easy to use parent remote. I love the key feature he thinks it's great he has his own car key. I also like that I don't have to worry about him trying to run it when he's not supposed to like inside. I must say they have wonderful and very fast responding customer service. I haven't had any issues with the car but there was a significant price drop for amazon days a couple days after I bought it before it even arrived I would have canceled and repurchased but the company was willing to work with me something I don't think most places would have done. Defiantly a great purchase we are looking forward to many more hours of fun this summer and next with it. ... show more

I bought this for my 3.5-year-old for Christmas 2023. Shipping arrived via UPS, and the package was fine. It took a little over an hour to build, and the battery was already fully charged. Pros: This thing is excellent and makes you say, why didn't I have one as a child?! It is a 4x4 drive with four independent electric motors. It has a key to turn on the vehicle and mimics a startup. Assembly was super easy. It can handle curves, hills, and ditches, especially in four-wheel drive. It has multiple levels of speed and picks up quickly. Battery life seems great so far. The head & tail lights are a good safety feature. Lastly, the parental remote is excellent in the game controller style and is super responsive to driving the vehicle and correcting its path. Cons: The steering wheel could be a bit longer as when the seatbelt is on; the child can't lean forward too much to control; you have to have some extra slack, which defeats the seatbelt's purpose. The turning radius of the vehicle is huge, so plan accordingly. The steering wheel itself may be hard to turn for some toddlers. Lastly, the volume of the vehicle music feature isn't too loud, but that's splitting hairs at this point. Overall, it is a solid and fun product. You'll enjoy driving your child in it, and they'll have tons of fun. I haven't had any problems as of yet based on other's previous reviews. ... show more

Very unhappy with the battery life. The vehicle was used maybe 2 hours and the battery died after charging for 12 whole hours. Would send back if it wasn’t hard to take apart. EDIT. Changed to 5 stars because the customer service is amazing! They are super quick to respond and find a resolution and won’t rest until they have a satisfied customer. The jeep itself is really cool and looks better than most that I have seen from other companies. I hope others have better luck than I did with the product but this company made the whole experience very pleasant. ... show more

It took about 90 minutes to assemble this car, from the time I opened the box, until I recycled the box. I was very cautious not to go too fast and miss something along the way. The instructions are very clear, and the parts are virtually mistake proof. The remote control overrides the controls in the car so you can keep the child safe. ... show more

I purchased this in December 2023 for my son. It is July 2024 and it will not start. Hasn’t even been a year and it won’t work. I purchased the protection plan as well and it says to type in your email so we can verify it’s you and we will send a code. There is not code in my email I’ve checked inbox, junk, and trash. I’ve kept this car in great condition never left in the rain, charged properly (not letting it sit on charger too long) I can’t reach anybody from the company I am very unhappy. Horrible product. This thing has a great battery life, but also can go pretty quick! My daughter was gifted this from a friend when she turned 7 and I was certain she’d be too big (although she’s tall, she’s petite) and this fits her perfectly. She even has space for my almost 4 year old to sit with her comfortably. There are two speeds, a switch for 2x2, 4x4 and music. She’s even got a switch for lights! The lights aren’t crazy bright but a cool effect, and also helpful for nighttime and others to see us on the move. I’ve charged it maybe 3-4 times in 2 months, and we go on 1.5 mile walks about 4x a week. ... show more
