    • Fantastic ride on...the first 2-3 rides. Then the problems started.

Bought this a couple months ago as a Christmas gift for my 3yo. Put it together Xmas Eve. Despite what others have said, assembly was pretty easy. On Xmas morning my son was ecstatic at the sight of his new ride on. Took it out for a spin with no issues. The 3 speeds work great. The Bluetooth music is a nice touch. The 4 wheel drive option is also quite awesome. And when my son was tired of trying to drive himself, the included remote essentially turned the thing into a giant RC car for me! In short, we love the thing! However, the third time we took this thing out for a spin we started noticing that when turning left or right, particularly with the controller, the vehicle would stop suddenly before continuing on - practically giving my son whiplash! Nothing in the FAQs address this issue. I've reached out to customer service for assistance. Other reviews have indicated having a good experience them. Hopefully it's the same for me because we love this thing when it was working. ***UPDATE*** Good news. Their customer service rocks! While it was disappointing to have the UTV have an issue so soon but I reached out and they diagnosed the problem and send me the replacement part needed very quickly! The install was easy and my son is back to enjoying this awesome ride on again. Huge shout out to Ellen who helped me. Major kudos to them following up with me on New Years Day - a holiday. This thing can go anywhere!! We have a lot of hills, stone, and grass and nothing stops this car! Highly recommend it! My 2 year old loves being driven around but he thinks he is driving. One note, the child can still control car, but remote can override whatever they are doing.

My son LOVES this toy and we have even had an older cousin in it with him and it boogies! It takes small hills and pummels right over "rough" terrain like overgrown grass, hay and other small bumps. It is a little finicky, and will occasionally stop driving in reverse. I'm not sure why, we have almost had to contact customer service because it has done this a handful of times and eventually after turning off and on enough times it works again. Will definitely come back if this continues to happen and update review, or seek help. The remote control works pretty well, however seems to lag when we turn left. Had an issue with the receiver but customer service was SUPER helpful and responded very fast and shipped a new part to fix the issue. Very happy! ... show more

I purchased this in December 2023 for my son. It is July 2024 and it will not start. Hasn’t even been a year and it won’t work. I purchased the protection plan as well and it says to type in your email so we can verify it’s you and we will send a code. There is not code in my email I’ve checked inbox, junk, and trash. I’ve kept this car in great condition never left in the rain, charged properly (not letting it sit on charger too long) I can’t reach anybody from the company I am very unhappy. Horrible product. Horrible customer service. Very ticked off someone please reach out to me. I would love for my son to use his car. ... show more
