Anker threw in a PS30 30W portable solar panel with my order of the C1000 PPS. The sun peeked out in the Seattle area today in between days of heavy rain. I was able to produce up to 170W with a Bluetti PV200 200W panel and the C1000 at the same time so there was adequate sunlight. It would be unreasonable to expect a 30W panel to produce 30W but a decent panel will put out at least 75% of its rated power in ideal conditions. The benchmark for this panel would thus be 22.5W. Testing only the USB-C output I found it unable to push more than 14W of power in near ideal sun. As the panel heated up it dropped to an average of 10W. I also tested the USB-C and USB-A output simultaneously. It pushed 3W of power via USB-C and 6W via USB-A for a total of about 9W. This panel is tiny. I can't imagine the cells are rated for 30W. It looks well made and durable. Though paying $80 MSRP for a panel that can only charge a single device at 10W is exorbitant. ... show more

This solar panel provides great output with great sunlight and folds to a reasonably compact size for a 30W panel. Folded its about the size of 8.5x11 sheet of paper and an inch thick (the 5mm thick panels do not stack directly on each other). USB A and C connectors are provided, each covered with a rubber cap. There is no storage pocket as with some other similar products, you'll have to store cables, batteries, devices to charge etc elsewhere. This keeps the design very simple and clean. Planning to using these (2) on our Appalachian section hike to keep radio’s, watch, and phone charged. I plugged it into my iPhone 13 Pro Max and it fast charged almost 1% per minute. Also used it to charge my Anker fast charging power bank. Will post results after the hike. It’s not the lightest option but I have shed alot of weight from our bags and will be partially slacking the hike so the weight should be manageable (about 3lbs with solar and battery). ... show more

First off I am a fan of Anker and their products and I bought this 30watt panel to charge the 60000mah emergency charger I use for camping. I tried to upload pictures but Amazon says it doesn't like the format so you're gonna have to take me at my word. I used this all weekend in the Colorado mountains and I could only get a max charge output from the panel of 11watts. Average was 8 or 9 watts and this is on a clear cloudless day in direct sunlight angled and everything properly and the max was 11. Rather disappointing considering I like this company and their stuff but this doesn't seem to live up to the advertising. ... show more
