I am absolutely in love with my bike. I have almost 1300 miles on mine and it's just as great as the day I purchased it. I did have a issue with my front fork bottoming out but I contacted Aniioki and they put the new fork in the mail. It was stopped at customs and returned to Aniioki and they shipped it out all over again. They stand behind their products and I love mine. 67 miles in one day all throttle with battery to spare was my best single trip. We go a week at a time on short runs before needing to charge. Received the bike from the California warehouse, delivered in just 3 days. Very easy to assemble with no missing parts. As some others have reported, there may or may not be an issue with the chargers that come with the bikes. Mine went out unfortunately, after just 3 weeks. I had contacted Aniioki customer service, and was greeted by a very kind and very informative rep. The rep assured me that my issues were surely coming from the charger. I was then told they would send out an expedited heavier duty charger out of China. This was not the case. The upgraded charger came from California and again...just another 3 days. Charger is working flawlessly, and all issues resolved. Could not be happier with the experience! ... show more

i have 627 mi on this bike . it gets faster every time i ride it light stopped working never run out of power its worth the money and i have 4 e bikes i ride tis one every day its now at 1146 mi and every thing has gone dead just a big paper waight

    • Buyer beware! Customer service is terrible. Read the return and warranty policies carefully.
I like the style of bike and it does go as fast as advertised but there are quality issues and a weak response from customer service addressing problems. TIRES ARE OF POOR QUALITY and the screws on the brake rotors were coming loose and falling out. This damaged my front fork(put a hole on one side) and they did not respond to my emails for help with this issue. They knew there was a problem and their response was to eventually send new screws. Seems like everyone is having a problem with the seat sliding down when riding. An easy problem to fix yet they have done nothing about this. I get pretty good mileage on a charge but not the 100+ advertised. After 30 or 40 miles there is some decline in power output. I drive throttle only which works for me but when I do use the PAS, I FIND IT SLOW TO RESPOND. I am concerned about the overall quality of this $2000 ebike and probably would have returned it but, as I said earlier, BUYER BEWARE, it'll cost you to return the bike. ... show more

This ebike is everything a great bike should be,feels so awesome when riding its almost to gentle on the road,I was afraid it would feel sluggish and rough but it’s all the opposite,I’m loving the ride and it’s hard to stay off for too long,that’s what my wife thinks anyway lol, I have 2 e-bikes, 2 Aniioki, A7-A8 both are awesome e-bikes but right now I’m enjoying this A8 pro max and I recommend any of the 2 great bikes thank you Aniioki for these great products we will enjoy because of you thanks… ... show more

    • If you like changing tires? Your going to become a full time mechanic!
This is a $10,000 bicycle for sale at $1700 plus tools, tires,air pumps and tubes. The terrorist organization that sells this product will spend everyday for the rest of your life placing debri in your path to trigger you off the narrow, vibration, dust, noise exhaust and flying rocks on the shoulder into 50 to 70mph cars on the road in the dark, placing your life at risk, wood, car tires, glass, rocks, tree branches, wrenches, nails, fence posts, metal, fiberglass, sticker burrs, staples etc.. and call the troopers, police and sherriff on you until you are arrested and the bike is confiscated. Bicycle stops, throttle doesn't work, battery indicates 2 bars! 20,30,40 miles away from destination 5 days a week. This could be a great product if the network of pests that come with it would go away. Petaling is how you will be treated. Your a petaler. Aka drug dealer. False battery charge. Restart. Remove Battery, replace. Reactivate remote power on. Still false reading. Trigger walking and exercise stranded miles away from your destination. Baggage to vacuum maximum energy out of you until you collapse in fear of abandoning $2300+ Pests (Gas station, security, car dealers, department of transportation,police sherriff, trooper etc. Just polute and drive a gasoline vehicle because terrorist make this bike a nightmare. Hell is an understatement. I bought it for simplicity but either it falls apart easily or a network of pest make this bike a headache when you abandon the bike for a grocery visit or walk at park. The helicopter pilot loosens the screws every day for 3 years so you have to constantly check everything or it will fall apart. The front wheel flew off and fractured my arm and damaged my legs. I believe the sellers want you to buy it, but dont use it. Not just 1 but 3 and they will frame you for buying just one. Garage it and stare at it. Talk about what a great bike it is, since you don't use it. Drive your gasoline vehicle. If you plan on making this your primary transportation, droping your insurance to save money on gasoline and maintenance... the department of transportation is going to permanently damaged your legs intentionally to force you to drive your gasoline vehicle. Without good solid tires, this bike is a headache. Flat tires snowball problems from tubes tangling into the derailer and ripping it off to locking up tires, communication issues with the throttle, pushing on rim with no tire cracks the rim, creates sharp tube poping burrs, creating a hazzard(Tow Truck or walk 20,30,40 miles 5 days a week. Check all the screws. Brake screws fell out ripped the brake off the bike. These sellers are starving homeless predators that vandalize and give you the run around never answer the phone and and send you unoriginal parts from the controller to the motor to the throttle. Stealing the lcd is simple and fast 50 mile walk $130 and 2 week wait. Battery lock is a joke! Everytime you abandon, remove the lcd, the battery, seat. Wire clippers can disable you in 1 second. Take extra wire and electrical tape. 2nd controller and motor. The original controller has a more powerful torque and a higher amperage and did not overheat when exposed to extreme mountain climbing with 8 gallons of water cargo. The unoriginal aftermarket controller is going to put your knees and legs under 3 times the stress due to the lack of torque and amperage. Overheats and smokes. Error 30. The 70 mile range will give you some serious anxiety. I have walked 300+ miles and od reading of 1200 miles, hundreds of miles on the shoulder of the road pushing this bike on flat tires with a backpack full of tire changing tools and some cargo. Due to failure to check and make sure the battery got a complete charge. Charger stopped automatically but didnt fully charge. Took off without checking and 20 miles away from home realized i had 1 bar left. Opps! 20 30, 40 mile walk X50. I have been forced to change the tires hundreds of times. Anoying. Side of the road 1am. Dont forget to take all the necessary tools with you. The tires are aweful on purpose. Weak soft, glass, rocks, gravel,sticker burrs car tire burrs, screws will flaten the tires every time. Without good solid tires, the bike is almost worthless headache, creates alot of anxiety(red, pink, hot, hair loss) knowing I may have to walk 10,20,30 or maybe 40 miles 5 days a week. This bike damaged my legs so far for 3 years. It weaked my knees due to its akward angle intentionally to put stress on your knees. Taxis dont have space for the bike. Call a friend who has a truck. Abandon $2500 bike. Insurance companies wont insure it. All this anxiety is intentional. So if all your doing is going for a ride in the park every now and then you may enjoy this bike. Remember to buy it but dont use it. Predators will vandalize it and comunicate with you by flashing their hazzards. This bike is a major road hazzard and your going to get hit by a car on purpose! ... show more

Why is my fork stem that my handlebars attach to have so much slop. When I use my front brake my handle bars jump forward.
