I bought this last year and installed it. Worked fine until this year it stopped working. I tried to charge it with the charger but it still doesn't work. Had to buy another one. Tried to send a message though Amazon but didn't get a response. I hope you can make this charger right. I spent too much money on it for it to not be working and I had raccoons get in my chicken lot because of it. Can't get in touch with the company because they are from China. ... show more

    • Battery wouldn't hold a charge. It only worked when plugged in.

After I charged it in the house, I hung it outside and it wouldn't work unless it was plugged in. I guess the battery was no good and wouldn't hold a charge. I had to have a solar fence charger so thisvwouldn't work for me. Amazon refunded my money.

I had my fence charger for less than a year and contacted the company that even though I had put a new battery in, it still did not work. They promptly addressed my issue and sent a replacement part free of charge. Great customer service- thank you!!
