The setup procedure was very simple and I was able to set it up within a few minutes. All you really have to do is plug it in. It comes with a watch that you can use to control the treadmill which is very handy. It takes up very little room and can very easily fit under my desk. It only has one cable that needs to be plugged in so it does not cause any clutter. The treadmill is also very quiet so it does not disturb anyone. It seems very sturdy and pretty high quality. It is quite heavy and awkward to lift alone though so you might need help if you want to move it, but it seems very well made. It has adjustable speeds which are perfect for walking speed. It has a clear LED display that shows the speed and distance and time. It is very nice to be able to incorporate fitness into my daily routine with this treadmill. It was super easy to unpack and set up. It has wheels so makes storage easy. It isn’t noisy at all which is a plus!! The only thing to be aware of despite some reviews for this product. This model does not have a bar for book or phone. So you have to have somewhere to keep remote on you or next to you to stop the machine. Also the plug is super short so you may need an extension cord if you are not right next to outlet. It will help me get my steps but next time I will get one that controls by watch or have the bar attached. ... show more

Wow first I must say this, the shipping was fast. I ordered on a Monday and received it on Thursday. All I had to do is open the box and plugged it in. It worked great. I am so impressed on how quiet it is. I got up to 3.2mph and I was almost at a jog. It ran really smooth. I is a little on the heavy side when I try to move it around but it is manageable though. The display screen is bright and keeps you informed on the distance, speed and calorie burn. So far I am very impressed. My only real complaint would be that the power cord is a little short so I had to watch TV looking side ways because I couldn't keep it straight because of where my outlet was and the length of the cord. The media could not be loaded. I am really impressed with this treadmill. It’s very stable, quiet and runs very smooth. It functions just as well as any full size treadmill, but it is a fraction of the cost. Plus it’s much smaller and can be easily moved and stored away. That is the main reason I wanted this treadmill, I don’t want it taking up space 100% of the time. Being able to move it and put it away when not in use is a critical factor. A couple of things that set this particular treadmill apart from the others - 1) It has 12 preset programs 2) A wristband remote control. Most compact treadmills don’t have preset programs, just one mode. Also, many come with a regular remote control, but in my opinion a wristband is much more convenient. I don’t want to have to hold onto a remote or put it in my pocket while I’m walking/jogging. I’m very happy with this treadmill, for the price, you can’t go wrong. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I like how this treadmill does not take up much space at all and has a walking option. Working from home, I have a lot of meetings to sit through so it would be nice to kill two birds with one stone. I plan on using this to get in some exercise and alleviate some negative health effects by not sitting all day long. So far I feel pretty safe on the treadmill, the emergency stop key works well and the buttons are all easily accessible. There is a remote you can use for walking mode or you can use the foot buttons as well at the end of the treadmill. Set up was really easy, it was pretty much just unpacking, unfolding the bars and attaching the handles. You do have to remove the handles in order to fold the treadmill, but that’s not a big deal as I’ll use the treadmill solely for walking purposes after getting my standing desk fully set up. Running so far feels stable, tried it at 7mph each session for a week so far. ... show more

Comes really well packaged to protect during delivery. I was impressed with the quality of packaging used. Very easy and straight forward to use.Rolls very easy which is nice to move it out of the way. This my second folding treadmill, and it's a vast improvement on my previous choice: it runs very smoothly, has multiple speed settings, and is fairly quiet (as far as motorized machines are concerned). ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Things that I like about this product is it'll show how long/far I have walked. It also has an emergency stop button if it's too fast for you to walk/run on it. You can Select how fast u want to run on it. There is also a place for u to put your phone/iPad on it to listen to music. There is another bar for you to hold on it. This treadmill has enough space for me to walk/run on it. It helps me exercise more often on this treadmill. It doesn't have any issue while I've been using it for around a month.
