This bag can carry the Cricut Xtra Joy it compatible but the machine is not secure like the Circuit air or the Joy. It works and does the job but it's not secure enough that it will prevent it from getting damaged.

I purchased this knowing I would not put my mat in here (I knew they would bend). Purchased it strictly for storage and to travel with and it’s perfect for that. Also it’s adorable. Has a longer shoulder strap that can attach if wanted, storage for tools and 2 side pockets.

First off this bag is great! My cricut joy extra will live in it from now on. I really like the big pocket in the front and the hole inside it. It is very well made I am glad I bought it but I do think it is too expensive for a small machine i actually wasn't going to buy it due to the price. This bag cost me double what I spent for a carrying bag for my bigger machine a cricut maker. Also the long pocket inside isn't big enough for the mats to fit but the seller never mentioned that the long pocket is for mats. I just thought it was because that pocket on my big bag for my cricut maker is meant for the mats. It also doesn't have straps inside the bag to secure my machine. This is why I took off stars.
