I've used almost the whole bottle. The gummies are actually pretty good, only a tiny bit of medicine after taste. It says to take 3 at a time. It's hard to say if they work or not, but I did notice that when I don't take them I feel less energetic. I don't see any negative effects so I'm happy with them ... show more

Good value for money. A bit too sweet. Not too chewy or gummy as expected but its for health so cant complaint. Really nice chewables. Serving size is 3 gummies (odd) but the flavor is overall pretty good. I'm just sad they are currently out of stock with no alternatives for a men's gummy.
