  • Frees up hands, feels weightless
Color: Red
This oxygen back pack is a must have!! I'm 58 years old and I have stage IV lung and brain cancer. Only one lung functions properly, so I have to be on oxygen 24/7. This backpack has made my life much easier to get around. Nice quality and easy to place tank in and out with ease.

  • My dad loves it
Color: Black
Since my dad has to wear oxygen all the time at 80 years old a functionable bag with pockets is ideally for him and the starting nylon waterproofing is great and comfortable for him to use. Great for dads

  • User and Pack Maker Review- 2-YEAR UPDATE
Color: Black
I use D-cylinders whenever I am active. For about a year I've used a too-small "day" backpack, planning to sew my own O2-cylinder pack. I purchased this because of the very reasonable price and to give me a guide to design. I am very pleased with the construction and design of this pack. When I opened the pack it appeared to be too small but (happily) it is just right for D-size cylinders including the regulator you attach to the top. The pack zips neatly concealing all your equipment. The tubing access point (hole) is proper size for the tubing adapter. The pack is very comfortable; more comfortable than the daypack I previously used. The O2-cylinder is rather heavy but stays appropriately centered on your back. The padded pack does eliminate pressure points on your back. Padded shoulder straps attach to webbing at double bar buckles which permit webbing to slide for adjustment while wearing. These sliding-straps are adequate length but lack correct "stops" at the end of the strap so you will find the straps slip out of the slider-buckle while you put the pack on. In addition, the webbing on the sliding straps is substandard: made of polyester, not nylon; coarse weave; a soft product. I cut off this material and replaced with 1-inch tight-weave nylon webbing. I made the straps longer and added a 3-inch loop below the double-bar sliding buckle so I could grab the strap and tighten the pack more easily. This sewing adjustment can easily be done on any home-sewing machine, just remember to sear (melt) the cut ends of the nylon webbing to prevent unraveling. Overall the design is very good. The pack-cloth seems strong and appropriate. I am well pleased. 11/17/21 After two years of use (about 300 changes of oxygen tanks) the pack-fabric, zippers, and seams are still strong and unbroken. The fabric has faded a bit but that's no problem. I can see in the updated images the makers have added the "strap stops" which will prevent the shoulder strap leads from slipping through the buckles. Nice; nice. Overall I give my continued recommendation to this pack; you'll be pleased to use it. ... show more

  • This backpack holds a rather large oxygen tank
Color: Purple
There's nothing like an oxygen backpack and this one fills my needs. The tank is rather heavy but will last me for just about 8 hours. Its a D tank. Just fits in there neatly. I've come to love these types of back packs because they really in my case gave me back my freedom. I have both hands free to do what I want with. No more pushlng that metal cart around in front of me. Quite frankly I feel like a human again. So far I've bought 3 backpacks. 2 for C tanks. 1 for D tank. The only problem I had was the first C tank carriers zipper came apart at the top of the case. I couldn't fix it. So I reported it to Amazon. They gave me an email address to send my complaint to. Unfortunately I never got a call from them as they stated in their email msg. So Amazon gave me a gift card credit towards my next purchase. I later received an email msg stating I was going to get a refund for the carrier since it was still under its year warranty by the manufacturer. As they say or I say all that starts out bad doesn't necessarily end up bad. ... show more

  • Huge improvement over what insurance covers!!
Color: Purple
After years of fighting with the cheap oxygen backpacks that my Medicaid covers, this is a absolute Godsend! After covid hit, the normal C tanks that I used before became almost non-existent in my town, so they started giving me the D tanks, and the bags for them are complete crap! They didn't have the backpack style, just the ones that had one strap that connects to the top and bottom of the bag, so the tanks would be on their sides, not up and down. Now if you have other health problems, like I do, having all the weight on one shoulder was not something I could physically do. I can do the backpack ones because it's distributes the weight differently, although even that can be hard some days. I searched locally and even in the bigger cities, and even paying for it myself, I could not find any decent backpack type carriers. I wasn't sure about ordering one from Amazon, because I couldn't feel it and determine the quality myself, (and I use Amazon for Everything). I finally decided to just go for it and settled on this one, and omg I am so happy I did. I love that I could get it in purple too. There is a plastic piece on the inside, at bottom of the bag that the tank sits on, and two support straps inside that hold the tank in place. Such a huge improvement from what I have been using for years. It even has little "feet" on the bottom of the outside so i can set it on the concrete when I am sitting outside and not get the bottom of the bag dirty. There are numerous holes throughout, that you can put your tubing through, giving you the option to choose the best placement for you, without kinking the tubing inside the bag. This is a huge deal for me because my tubing would kink if I didn't have the bag sitting just right. The two zippered pockets on the front are big enough for your oxygen key, extra cannulas, keys, phone etc. I have been able to carry my wallet and phone and eliminate the need for my purse, for most errands and appts. I haven't had any problems with loose stitching where the straps are sewed to the top of the bag itself. I did notice that mentioned in a couple of the reviews. Everything seems to be holding up great so far, but I have only had it for a few months, so I can't say how it will hold up after a year or so, but I will update if I have problems with stitching, zippers, straps, etc. Definitely happy with this purchase! ... show more

  • Makes it easier
Color: Purple
I liked this cause for the small oxygen tank size d there was no way to carry it. The backpack does make it easier and hands free. There are zippered pockets so your able to carry other things. I would recommend this if you have to carry your oxygen.
