I didn't want to leave a review until after it rains, but I'm in SoCal and I'm not sure I'll live that long. I set this tent up for the first time today. I always set up by myself and the first time with any tent is always an hours-long, back-tracking, restarting trial of nerves. That is, until today. I was done in under 40 minutes. And if you think that's a lot for the first time with a tent this size, with no English instructions, you haven't owned enough tents. Height-wise: If you're wondering, as I was, whether the ceiling is around the top of your open hatch, nope, it's much higher. This is because of the pole design. There is a third pole that crosses the two side poles and acts as an arch beam to bring the ceiling up. This is a true standing-room tent, unless you're some giant doofus. Wind-wise, can't say. Got our tent set up for our first backyard camping/test run! Super easy to get it set up by myself. Plenty of space for me and the pups! And I love that I’ll have my suv to sleep in while they’ll have space in the tent area at night.

Super easy to setup for such a roomy tent (took about 7 minutes). Love that it can be used with or without the vehicle. The tent packs up easily back into the case, which is nice considering most of our larger tents never go into their cases easily. We have used it on my smaller hatchback vehicle and a full-sized SUV, and it was a solid fit on both! The pictures don't show the flaps that zip to close the entire tent, but it does have that capability. Fits a queen air mattress with plenty of space around it. I like the tent once it’s setup, quantity materials, well made but it’s very difficult to setup, the poles have metal couplers that hang up in the pole sleeves making it a chore to get fully inserted. I can’t recommend this tent especially if you are a solo camper, I had to return the tent.

. The tent began collecting water in pockets and was leaking into the tent . The tent is also not very waterproof as you could feel the water began to seep in . I would only recommend this if it’s likely not going to rain . Also the instructions didn’t come in English and we couldn’t look them up as we were on camping grounds with no wifi . I will be returning for a more durable tent . ... show more
