Iโ€™m slowly replacing all the original plastic mechanisms in a purchased condo. The old plastic versions are brittle and easily break when over-torqued. Iโ€™m getting faster with the install on each one. You can do it, too. These are great, do it yourself!

Blind rod will only fit half way into the Wand tilter assembly. Examining the hex gear revealed a poorly cast unit. Requires filing inside to square off the inside edges so the rod can go in.
