I’ve been using the product for a few years because I like the comfortable fit and absorbency but since the manufacturer added the scent it’s just become overwhelming to use this product. Let’s face it, no one wants to buy these. Too bad, I openly admit that I cannot predict when I need to go and might not get to the bathroom on time (only happened once but this pad saved me!) More typically, I laugh or cough and squirt. Other times, as a teacher I just could not leave for the bathroom when I needed to go. So, I was able to teach with confidence knowing that if I didn’t quite make it, any early drizzle was taken care of. I especially appreciate the long length of these. If I am sitting or standing or walking, the pad is long enough to catch any leak. If you have a severe issue with incontinence, you may need a different product. ... show more

I have OAB and these are long length, but I'd prefer them in Extra long. They adhere ok, but they do tend to bunch a bit. Comfort is ok, but I think all of us with OAB would be more comfortable if they didn't have to use them at all!

I should've known. That ALWAYS would have the superior product. After all they’re the ones who invented, Surely Perfected, Absorbent,Yet Paper thin pads. Didn’t know they’re turned this genius into pads for leaks. How i wish I’d known sooner! Been using Poise. But They just get thicker& thicker, like old timey pads&Still don't do the job.
