  • Comfortable and Reliable Protection
Size: S/M Unit Count: 32
The material is soft and breathable, making it comfortable to wear for extended periods, whether during the day or overnight. The maximum protection feature is impressive. It effectively absorbs leaks and keeps me feeling dry, which is crucial for both incontinence and postpartum needs. I appreciate the discreet design that doesn’t make me feel self-conscious—it fits smoothly under my clothes without creating noticeable lines. One minor downside is that, while the fit is generally good, it can be a bit snug for those on the higher end of the size range, so you might want to size up if you prefer a looser fit. ... show more

  • Great for postpartum
Size: S/M Unit Count: 32
These disposable underwear were perfect for postpartum wear. Very absorbent and comfortable. Fits true to size and stretchy. A lot easier then using a normal pad and more comfortable.

  • A great product that is always in stock and shipped quickly
Size: X-Large Unit Count: 52
I purchase these for an elderly family member. They have always worked as needed, haven't seen any defective ones in the package. Shipping is always quick and product is shrink wrapped and protected inside a box. This is the easiest way to get these items, without having to go to the store, and they are same price as local businesses. ... show more

  • So far my favorite brand for my needs
Size: X-Large (15 Count) Unit Count: 15
This is only first day of use, so I may post an update if anything changes. So far, so good. In the recent past, I have tried 3 brands of incontinence underwear, although I've been using them for very heavy and never-ending periods rather than incontinence, so I can't comment on how well it works for incontinence. To compare: First tried Depend-Flex Fit. I ordered large size - I didn't see it in XL but I didn't really look around much as the large size was stated to fit up to 64" waist, mine is a bit smaller but I could not pull it over my stomach without the sides splitting while sitting so I had to keep the waist band lower. The width of the inner lining was impressive and I had very little issues with leakage. No odor protection (at least for my problem) so it was kinda gross. The back of the leg opening was cutting into my skin, which led me to the 2nd brand. Next was Prevail. Some reviews stated there was no skin irritation as with other brands so I gave them a try, this time ordered in XL. I was able to get the waistband over my stomach without seams ripping, however, the whole underwear kept slipping down and I had to adjust all day long. The material across that area was extremely soft. Odor protection was awesome, and I didn't detect any perfume scent. It was high cut though which makes no sense, there were gaps in areas where most protection is needed. Also the inner lining was narrow and bunched up to the side upon contact with liquid. Unfortunately it shifted to right side and I my leakage is mostly on the left side so this didn't work for me at all, had a mess at the end of the day and the skin irritation on the leg openings in the back was worse than the Depends. I was able to use the Depends but I could not finish the Prevails, I only used 2 and then ordered Always. I will cut out the padded part to wear with other pads or at night. Now I have the Always and so far happy with them. I have used Always pads for about 30 years until I switched to reusable pads about 2 years ago. This a brand I can trust to be comfortable and help prevent embarrassing leaks. I am not surprised these underwear seem to work well - still not quite right (but so far my favorite). The material is not quite as soft as the Prevail but it's comfortable. I could not get this one over my stomach though without feeling as if the sides were about to burst (when sitting) so I have to keep it low. However, after a full day I am not experiencing the miserable chafing and skin irritation. Aside from the general discomfort of bleeding all the time, I almost feel normal with this on, and confident. I wasn't too happy to see the inner lining narrow like the Prevail, and it also bunches up to the right side, but the material along the edges appears to be leak proof and the double leak guards did their job today. It doesn't look like the liquid went through that part of the material, despite the inner lining not being present there. There is a perfume scent which can irritate some or cause an allergic reaction. For me, it wasn't bad, but there are ways to prevent odor without added scent so not sure what they were thinking here. Airing out the night before use was helpful, I barely notice it. What I do notice is the complete lack of the unpleasant odor I usually encounter with this condition. Summary: Always - Pros: -great odor protection -minimal chafing -leak guards work -bow is cute Cons: -XL is smaller fit (not able to wear on 60" waist when sitting - but they did stay in place all day) -perfume scent which is unnecessary -inner lining narrow and bunches up Prevail - Pros: -great odor protection (without perfume scent) -super soft material -XL fits on 60" waist (although everything was slipping down all day) Cons: -chafing is ridiculous (at least for a chubb like me) -high cut - large gap in area needing coverage -inner lining narrow and bunches up -edges around lining are not waterproof and will leak Depend - Pros: -lining is wide (almost to edges) and widens more in front and back -minimal leakage Cons: -no odor protection -chafing was an issue ... show more

  • Love them
Size: S/M Unit Count: 19.0
I started to use it after I gave birth to my son. And I can’t lie I use it as a pad. After having my son and getting used to them postpartum. I don’t think I’ll go back to pads. No more messing up panties. No one can tell you are wearing them. Hopes a good amount of liquid. After giving birth I couldn’t hold my pee for some time and it held it. I couldn’t make it to br on time. It doesn’t hold water breaking though. I wore one before I made it to the hospital and my ride there it was soaked. It was hanging basically. And my pants were soaked but then again it was so much water I don’t think anything would have been able to hold it. I do recommend them! ... show more

  • Comfort and Confidence Restored!
Size: S/M Unit Count: 32
Firstly, the fit is fantastic. These products are designed to be discreet and comfortable, with a contoured shape that fits perfectly under clothes. They are soft against the skin and don’t feel bulky, which is a huge plus. The absorbency is impressive. Even on my busiest days, I never have to worry about leaks. The products quickly absorb and lock away moisture, keeping me dry and comfortable. This is especially important postpartum, as it allows me to focus on my baby without constantly thinking about my own discomfort. Another great feature is the odor control. Always Discreet has a subtle yet effective odor protection, which is crucial for maintaining confidence throughout the day. ... show more

  • Help protect from leakage
Size: S/M Unit Count: 32
Have been getting these same pull-up adult diapers for years now for a family member and they work really well. Keep buying the same style/brand since they work so well. Not too bulky, pretty color, and help protect the one wearing them, your car or sofa from leaks. Since they are pull-up style easy to pull up/down during the daytime. If you need to be in them for really long time (like on a plane ride, or most of the day) I do recommend using two of these pull-up style diapers. Also just an FYI that the bow time indicates the front of the diaper as it can get confusing when you are putting them on to distinguish front from back otherwise ... show more
