I used these after my C-section and they were great. High enough so it didnt hurt the incision, and soft enough also. I used them instead of pads, but i did not pee in them so i cant say if they are truly absorbent. The only thing i didnt like much, but its not a deal breaker, is that they have a nice but somewhat strong scent. I guess you cant smell the scent over clothes but i was very aware of the smell every time i went to the bathroom. But even so i would buy them again. ... show more

I love everything about it but the fact that I always had a wedgie or maybe my butt is just too big!! Def not for ethnic booties :) We need to size up I peed in i,t once! Right after my catheter was removed and it absorbed every drop!!! so, it did the job
