I liked the price ($459), the small compact design, the wireless charger, and all the other ports it came with. Despite having read some negative reviews, I decided to give it a chance. For the first few days, it worked great without any issues. However, on the fourth day, I noticed it had turned off and took longer than usual to power back on. By the fifth day, it wouldn’t turn on at all. I thought something might have tripped it, so I hit the reset button, but it still wouldn’t power on. The device was charged, with about 70% battery remaining. I held the power button down for about 5-8 seconds and heard a sound like combustion, as if something was about to explode. This alarmed me, especially since I had it in my car. I quickly backed away and smelled an awful burnt plastic odor. After that, I removed it from my car, fearing to use it again. I initiated the return process on Amazon, but encountered some difficulties. Initially, I received a notification that the seller had approved the return and that I would get a return label within 24 hours. Two days later, I still hadn’t received the label, so I called customer support, who contacted the seller. The seller then asked me to send a video of the issue. I contacted Amazon customer support again and explained that the seller was not providing the return label. When I clicked on the return label link, there was a message asking me to email the seller for the shipping address so they could send me a return label. It seems like they are making the return process as difficult as possible to avoid accepting the return. This is a huge safety concern. I have only had it for 1 day, but so far it is GREAT. Very quiet while charging (fans run, but are quiet). Now that battery is charged it is silent, perfect for an office setting if you want a MASSIVE UPS for your computer. One small addition. Be careful when the unit is on battery the A/C cord is electrified. Don't touch the prongs of the plug. I got a little surprise today when I was moving the unit :) ... show more

Just as nice if not better then my bluetti . a++++ Update: not pure sine wave - I have three pieces of electronics that when trying to charge with this power station they all start going crazy , my tablet touch screen won't even work if it's plugged into this power station you can plug them in and leave them alone but if you try to use them they don't work because the sine wave is not pure. My bluetti charges all three perfectly. Bluetti is better. ... show more
