My wife and I use these for quick at home workouts and stretches. They aren't anything extraordinary. These are not revolutionary. They are plain old resistance bands. They have a nice stretch to them and don't feel as if they're going to snap. Hello there, I will be writing this review as someone who is getting into dynamic strength for fun and health. I am an beginner/intermediate powerlifter and have started my own strongman training. The purpose I used these bands were for warm up (black bands) and resistance during OHP (overhead press) Deadlifting and squats (purple bands). These bands are great for warming up, I give them full credit. Unfortunately for my training they tend to give out after about 2-3 months depending on my program. I've snapped 2 purple bands during deadlifts so far. And no it was not due to negligence like hyper extending them. For the price, they are super decent. And I would recommend them. (Not paid by anyone to write this) I just figured there's probably alot of people like myself using this kit. ... show more

One of the mest things I bouight are these. I was kind of skeptical at how they would work but after useign them a few times I love them. Higfhtly recccomend them to lugging about weights all over creation. They also make for a very compacy home gym as well

    • A little resistant to all uses.

I had those simple thin bands you get from physical therapy that I used to strengthen and build up various movements after a shoulder surgery. They worked great and I continued to use them well after I more than recovered. Unfortunately like any rubber that is consistently stretched they eventually ripped. These looked great and I needed a replacement so I bought them. They are indeed secure and strong quality bands. But they are a bit long. They work best when doing something that like stepping on one end and stretch the band with arm curls or rotations. Or the many other movements in the photos. But any movements that involve shorter distances like shoulder stretches the bands will be too long to do and doubling or grabbing a short enough section it won't have enough stretch to complete the movement. I did a lot of those kinds of activities so while these bands will be great for many they do not work for me. ... show more

definitely buy they are cheap and do the job. i also like the bag it comes with, i personally use them to stretch but you can use it for your cycle classes or body pump they have different levels!
