I did like that there was enough space for 2 people to sit comfortably. I didn’t like that I did struggle closing it back up, accidentally tore off one of the buckles trying to fold it down.

This is easy to put up. Not terribly sturdy but between the stakes and chairs it stays put, sways a bit. Taking it down in the dark, post football game is challenging. You will remain dry during the game, but get soaked taking it down.
