    • Cheap Parts, Decent Chipper
Assembly was easy, directions were clear. Had to contact customer support when it wouldn't start, turns out it was a bad oil sensor. Still haven't received replacement part, so it remains disconnected. The carabiner hooks that attach to the chain broke the first time I hooked them to my truck, cheap junk. So far, I have found 2 nuts that were rattled off, but can't find where they came from!! And on the fourth use, the ring around the key starter rattled loose, so I had to put it back together. As of now, they key start still works, but obviously this will fail too if it comes apart that easily. As for chipping, it works great. Except when you are feeding in a piece (without branches to grab, just bare branches or trunks) over 3", once you can no longer hold it to feed it, it flips sideways and gets jammed. To remove it, you have to open up the chute, which will eventually lead to stripped bolts and nuts. So just don't feed it past where you can hold it. It takes whole pine branches (feed limb first and it will pull it through with the branches on the other end), I've done ones that were 15' long! Ask for smaller branches, needles, leaves, I use a long, stripped branch to push it through the feeder, as they do jam it up without assistance. The chipper itself is decent and fits my needs. However, the parts are cheap, and I foresee many frustrating failures ahead. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Chipper arrived in about 3 weeks after ordering. Arrived without any damage to the container or machine itself. Assembly was straightforward, but the user and owner's manuals lacked sufficient details and the black and white images were very grainy making it difficult to see specific controls and assembly specifics. Fired it up and it worked very well. The unit weighs 400+ pounds. Used it for about 45 minutes the first day. Second day, the key would not turn in the ignition. Contacted the company - forget about getting a live person on the phone. Instead I filled out a ticket and received an email a few hours later. After about a week now, and after trying several things suggested by the technician, the unit is still inoperable. Told the nearest authorized All Power dealer is an hour away. Very frustrating after spending $2,000+ on this! As of 6/1/23 still no resolution. ... show more

The shipping crate should be alot more stronger. Mine had the base of the air cleaner is broken. The crate was beat up pretty bad and some paint missing on parts of it. It is built out of quarter 1/4 steel. Very heavy! Husband had to help unload it.

    • Key won't turn
Almost exactly like the comment "forget about reaching a live person". First day and second day all went well. Third day it tried to turn over for one second then the key wouldn't turn . Tried different key, nothing. It is stuck somehow. Would like for All Power to respond to me. Thanks
