    • The glass guard looks fancy but it’s not very sturdy

I like the look of the fire pit. I thought the propane tank would fit under the pit but you have to run the hose out of the bottom, which is probably better since the pit is heavy when the colored glass is put in it. The good news is the included propane hose is pretty long…maybe 6ft. The reason I give this product a 4/5 is that the glass guard is pretty flimsy when built and sitting on the pit. The brackets they give you are small with 1 screw on each side so they can easily slip off the glass pieces over time. I’ve had to adjust all the brackets 3 times in the first month of owning it. And putting the cover on and off over the glass guard makes the pieces get loose quicker. They should have made the metal brackets the length of the glass with more screws to secure it. Or have a channel where the glass guard drops into to help hold it together. It basically just sits on the top of the pit with these cheap rubber buttons keeping the brackets from scratching the top. For the price I paid, it should be designed better for sure. I wouldn’t be surprised if one the glass guard panels break sometime this year. Hopefully I’ll get lucky. The ignition and flow adjustment value look and work great so far. ... show more

The paint was marred by the plastic bumpers provided that keep the glass assembly from scratching the paint. We asked for touch-up paint. The unit is not usually meant to be used without the glass shield, they said. But the glass shield lacks support in the middle of each piece like you'd have with more expensive glass shields. So we cracked the glass on one piece trying to get it tight enough to keep it up. They said on December 17th, 2020 that they would send us one glass panel to replace it along with touch-up paint. We've yet to receive them as of April 13th. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Flame not very big but hubby hasn't tried adjusting it yet. We converted to natural gas. Glass not attached to pit. Every time it's moved slivers of glass break off.     • Deceitful picture and poor follow up

The table itself is very nice, however the manufacturer photos lead you to believe it's inclusive of the furniture which is not the case. I would never purchase anything from this company and I'll pass that same sentiment on to everyone I know
