Bought this because it looked simple to use and the price was right. Well everything was perfect with this product. First, it came on time. It was super easy to install. My girlfriend fell in love with it from the first use. For me the best thing is that it does a self clean process before and after each use.     • Was hoping for no leaks... no luck
I bought this hoping reviews that mentioned leaking from the housing would be few and far between, but unfortunately I got a leaky one too. Installation was difficult, but that was because my toilet is in a very small space and not because of the unit itself. However, you can imagine how frustrated I felt after a very challenging install to *finally* get it hooked up and then it leaked from the housing. I could probably take it apart and DIY it so it didn't leak (assuming it's hose connection inside the unit) but if I have to take the whole thing off to repair then I might as well return it for a model that isn't going to drip all over my floor. If you get one that doesn't leak, you lucked out, but I can't recommend this product. ... show more

    • Good for narrow spaces, but leaky
I wanted to add a bidet attachment to a toilet in a half-bathroom off of my home office, but was constrained by the fact that the space was tight and there was a mere 4 inches between the edge of the toilet bowl and the wall. The price was right on this model, and the tilted angle of the controller meant that it was able to fit into the space with just 3/4 of an inch to spare. However, it leaks from inside the controller. Not a lot, just a very slow drip. Since it's the only one that I could find to fit the space, and it otherwise works very well in terms of the bidet functionality, I decided to keep it, and I just set a 32 ounce plastic cup on the floor underneath the control unit. As long as I remember to dump the water out of the cup once a week, it will be fine for the situation, but if I was installing this in a nicer bathroom, a leaky unit and a plastic drip-cup would not be acceptable, hence the 3-star review. ... show more

    • Worked for a month then started leaking from housing.
The control knob was easy to use. The nozzle cleaning was a good idea also. But the housing started to leak after a month so i’s worthless. I’ll update if i hear from the seller.

    • Horrible not worth the investment
It doesn’t aim right at all. “Women's cleanse” it cleans your butt checks and the “hip cleanse” it shoots straight up in a 90 degree angle. So it splashed your butt crack abs the toilet seat. Also it was horrible installing it as well. The only thing it does work is self clean mode which shoots straight down. ... show more

    • Cleanest Bidet Ever
This is the cleanest bidet I have ever seen. It automatically washes both before and after you use it. It has a full splash guard, too. Super easy control of spray. I can't recommend enough!

    • Doesn’t aim well
I like the product, however the water doesn’t tame well. It advertises that it sprays front and back, but when you adjust the nozzle it actually goes side to side. I don’t typically sit sideways on the toilet, so you have to maneuver around to get the spray to hit where you need it to.
