This is my second heater since the first one came damaged. The heater is large and looks very realistic. You can open the door to adjust the settings. I love the look of a wood stove, it is a conversation starter and many have great memories of growing up with a wood stove for heat. But this one can not heat the room by itself, it definitely needs assistance. Like blankets on the people in the room. This heater was fine while it worked. I received the unit on 15 Dec 2022. It failed on 17 March 2023. Trying to contact the company is a joke. The phone number is dead. The web site is dead. And the e-mail address given does not exist. I need Amazon to weigh in. It appears the mother board has failed. There is no power from the power supply to the heater unit. Buyer beware.
