EDIT: update 12/12/24 seller reached out to offer a refund and sent us a new product within a few days. we just got it yesterday and have not heard the squeaking sound!! will update if anything else comes up, but i’m very impressed by the companies customer service. this thing is amazing. the massage and the heat functions work great and it’s very versatile. has helped immediately with neck and back pain. easy to use - buttons are simple. good value for price. multi speed options. HOWEVER - it makes a loud weird squeaking noise sometimes after maybe 10 uses? it will randomly be massaging and make a noise that sounds like rubber rubbing together very loud for 10-15 seconds or until you push on it. not very relaxing. ... show more

This thing rocks! Works very well. Got the knots out. Heat doesn't get real hot, but warm enough to help loosen the muscles up. The only thing that could be improved is the straps were you hold on to, they could be a bit longer, because if you're bigger they end up being a little short. Still doable. I don't typically leave reviews but this was SUCH a fantastic purchase that I felt like I wanted to share just in case it could help anyone else! I carry ALL of my tension and stress in my upper back/shoulders/neck - it is nearly impossible to get relief from the tension pain and although massages are nice; one massage is just never enough to really get through the tension and work on the knots causing the pain. Enter this massager! I stumbled on this looking for Christmas gifts and got it for myself on a whim. It's AMAZING. I did it for it 15 minutes the first time last night ( it as an automatic shutoff for 15 ) and then I actually slept like a baby without the normal neck/back/shoulder pain I have every day. The heat function is also legit. I'm now sitting at my desk at work after an entire day - and still feel amazing. My posture also is better because the pain is simply not there like it was. I'm using this every night for the rest of the my life! If you have muscle pain, need deep tissue massage to feel any relief, can't afford enough massages to have it make a difference (like once a day haha) and have tried other massagers that just don't cut it - Get this! :) ... show more
