Okay, so I didn’t think an “electric kneading massager pillow” would change my life, but after a week with the AERLANG Shiatsu Massager, I’m questioning if I need any other form of relaxation in my life. It’s basically a heated, deep-tissue wizard in a weirdly comfortable pillow. Here’s the scoop on my journey to massage bliss. First Encounter: When I took it out of the box, I thought, “This thing looks intense.” But once I turned it on and those little 4D massage balls started moving, I was convinced it had come from the future to save my back. The first time it hit my shoulders, I made a noise that only my pets have ever heard me make. I’d apologize to them, but they’re getting over it. Operation: “Not Cordless” Adventures Alright, it’s not cordless. I know this, but every now and then I stand up with it still attached, forget there’s a cord, and nearly yank the thing out of the wall. If it’s a battle between my brain and these magic massage hands, the massage hands are winning. Benefits: 1. First of all easy to use. You can use for neck, shoulders and upper back. This is one of the best purchases I’ve made in for a while. You can control the pressure. This one works out my upper back and shoulder knots. So it's worth it..

EDIT: update 12/12/24 seller reached out to offer a refund and sent us a new product within a few days. we just got it yesterday and have not heard the squeaking sound!! will update if anything else comes up, but i’m very impressed by the companies customer service. this thing is amazing. the massage and the heat functions work great and it’s very versatile. has helped immediately with neck and back pain. easy to use - buttons are simple. good value for price. multi speed options. HOWEVER - it makes a loud weird squeaking noise sometimes after maybe 10 uses? it will randomly be massaging and make a noise that sounds like rubber rubbing together very loud for 10-15 seconds or until you push on it. not very relaxing. ... show more

Buy it! This thing is amazing! I've had the worst tension in my back and neck and it was causing horrible tension headaches. I used this last night and it loosened up all of my muscles. I went to bed headache free... and WOKE UP headache free. You control the intensity of the pressure with the straps. If you apply a LOT of pressure, you are going to get what it advertises - a deep tissue massage. If you've never had a good deep tissue massage, just know that they will make you feel a little bruised/sore the next day... but also, you'll notice the tension in your muscles is gone. You don't have to apply a lot of pressure if you prefer a gentler massage. Again, you are controlling the pressure. That's one of the best things about this massager. Can't recommend enough! (Bonus: It also comes with a power cord that plugs into a car's cigarette lighter port so you can use it in the car!) ... show more

I bought this based off hype surrounding “the best massager for neck pain/headaches” and it didn’t do the job for me. It did provide a faint heat for a few minutes but then turn off so you’d have to push the heat button again. Not a huge deal. The massage felt nice but never took any pain away or alleviated tension. I ended up going through the return process and customer service was great! 4 because it worked like a massager , great customer service but didn’t relieve pain/tension like lots of people stated. ... show more
