I had been going back and forth about this bench because of all of the negative reviews. My home gym theme is yellow so I just decided to give it a chance during a flash deal when it was down to around 120. Female, super easy to set up alone. Was very pleased with the Roman chair part. Bench is light weight and sturdy. Would have given it at least 4 stars; however, the main bench hinge was bent when received and the bench would not open all the way. Had to put a lot of effort to open all the way. Due to hinge being bent the clip would not slide in properly, had to hammer it in. Now I will not be able to fold it easily for storage. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it. Pros: Good height, sturdy, light weight, love the preacher pad because there are 3 tilt settings, comfortable, adjustable from decline to 90 deg vertical. Cons: Leg extension is not very functional as the weight bar is too low and will not fit larger weights, leg pad is also too low and feet will hit the ground. Also in the 180deg position the bench is not completely flat, there is a slight incline of about 2-3deg ... show more

This workout bench is very sturdy for the price but it needs more information about usage and proper ways to store it when it's not in use. The instruction manual was not very helpful. Plus nowadays even a quick video link would have put it in the 5 stars category.

Bench is as expected for price paid. Sturdy, easy to move and comfortable. Curl pad is on the smaller side but wide enough to get job done ( 5’11” -180). Seller replaced missing the safety clip, exercise bands and faulty bolt immediately upon notification. Sellers service response met my expectations and everything was made right immediately. In addition, I just received a redesigned leg extension bar in response to market feedback on the foot room when the bar is loaded.
